Chose this accommodation due to location near Trent Bridge. Ideal and had off road parking. Hosts were good at communicating. Key codes for front door and room key were sent the day before arrival. However why I needed to send a copy of passport or driving license, I do not know and felt uncomfortable sending this information to a stranger( identity theft etc) There is no signage in the property to point the way to the room which made it difficult to find Room was adequate but basic. Hospitality tray in room which was appreciated as opposed to using the kitchen to make a hot drink Room was clean, bathroom cramped. Had to empty bin and take rubbish out. Overpriced for what is offerd

I came to the Crown Plaza, Nottingham for a conference early June. The hotel itself was nice, modern and comfortable. My room was not adequately cleaned as there were hairs in my shower upon arrival, unreplenished hygiene products in the bathroom and the toilet uncleaned. The room Itself was small, but fine for sleeping in. My TV did not work, but as it was one night this wasn’t a bother. The breakfast and lunch were great, formal dinner however was awful and poor, not worth paying for. Servers were unversed in allergen training, and the allergen and dietary requirement food options were awfully poor. The manager on duty however, was apologetic and wonderful. The best thing about this hotel was the staff (excusing F&B teams poor allergen training and food options). Particularly Abigail, Malakai and Zak on the bar who were so warm, polite and accommodating. Wonderful service throughout and a credit to the team. Thank you three.

Ideal location for me to walk into town for shopping and eating out. Staff were excellent from reception to house keeping. Room service meals were good too
Was a little disappointed as the bath was in need of replacing. The surface had peeled away and whilst it was ok for the shower, you wouldn't want to soak in it.

Booked this hotel as we was going to the take that concert at city ground, it's very close to the city center with all the pubs and clubs in walking distance and even closer to Nottingham castle and ye old trip to Jerusalem bar which is a must visit very quirky. The staff are very friendly and polite and the hotel is very clean with all the amenities you would need for a break away. The hotel is in walking distance to the station but also has parking outside the hotel but is limited but the us a multi storey next door. We will definitely be using this hotel again next time we visit

La stanza è molto comoda, l'esperienza di soggiorno non è buona, le strutture sanitarie sono anche buone, in generale è relativamente soddisfacente, il servizio di ricezione della ricetta è anche molto entusiasta, cioè uscire dalla collina è un po' stanco.

Did have a small issue where i saw how dirty the mattress was underneath the bed, and also a bit of a service issue with the front desk seeming to just not want to be there, but for the price you pay you get what you get!

Room very out dated and disappointing, loud bathroom fan that kept me up all night and no plug next to the bed (only on the other side of the room). Tea tray is tucked in to a cupboard with a false drawer so is dangerous when opened as you don't expect the whole cupboard to open on your arm. Breakfast was disappointing, both hot and cold selection were dry as if they had been sat for a long time. Not what you expect for £130 mid week stay. Only positive was the great staff at breakfast who were very friendly. Would not come back to this hotel if I was in the area.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed at in my lifetime The good points are very limited but here they are: Friendly staff Plenty of parking at rear of the building Comfortable beds Very good quality towels Can open the window in the room Room clean and tidy And here are the bad points: Very dated Stained and tread bearing carpets on stairs Poor lighting Bath - shower curtain very dirty needs replacing and water is too hot when it comes out - be aware Not a lot clothes hangers On main road Unable to get soya milk for my room. They will bring the milk for breakfast was the answer I got and no decaf coffee in the room (I did bring some decaf coffee myself which I had to use at breakfast too as it was not available) No sound proofing to the room People on the corridor floor when I returned to my room as the children were sleeping in the room and they were not ready for bed. Never experienced this at any hotel I have stayed at before No toiletries supplied Half rolls of toilet paper No bath mat - had to use one of the hand towels Very noisy fan in the bathroom Let’s start on the breakfast which is served from 8am to 10am only Poor breakfast won’t change anything like the eggs even if you have dietary restrictions No decaf coffee at the breakfast room did get the soya milk Some of the fruit passed it best date High sugar cereals No yoghurt Poor choices for breakfast Croissants very dry and not warm at all The main restaurant on your right when you enter the building is bright and modern, it’s a shame that the rest of the building is not like that This hotel is worse than the hotel in the tv show Faulty Towers if remember that show Would I return to this place? UUtente ospite實在是離譜了，攜程酒店介紹上沒有任何説明，等我們夜裡打車到酒店，辦理入住時，被告知我們訂的房間不在酒店地址，辦理好入住要去開車5分鐘以外的地方，而這時我們的出租車已經離開。要入住的地方沒有前台，沒有room service。我們衹好請酒店幫我們叫了一輛車，另外付費去入住。黑燈瞎火一頓亂摸才找到地方，讓司機用車燈照着，眼前是幾棟兩層小樓，也不知道是哪棟樓，嘗試着用鑰匙打開大門，就像恐怖片的場景，一樓客廳去開燈、書房去開燈，差點嚇到退出來，接着摸到二樓，燈也摸不到了，推開一扇插着鑰匙的門，裏面居然有人，嚇到叫起來！確認是酒店其他住客以後，我反倒放心一點，要不這樣一棟黑樓我帶着孩子絕對不敢住的！攜程你知道是這樣嗎？是不是代理説什麼就是什麼了，這樣的地方不適合賣給非自駕的中國客人，你們連一個字説明也沒有，我會在回國後好好和你們理論！

I am from South London and had some unfortunate news my daughter at Nottingham University was taken into hospital. I rushed up to Nottingham to be with her and booked to stay at Jubilee for the night. I had to extend my stay for a whole week as she not getting better. The hotel was fully booked and this really stressed me out even more as I had nowhere to stay. In steps Lassad the duty manager. What an amazing, genuine, caring and helpful gentleman. Without hesitation he secured me a room for the week and went out of his way to make my stay as pleasant as possible given the circumstances. He checked in on me every day and you could see his genuine concern for and my daughter. I cannot praise this hotel, the staff and the warm welcome you get in a beautiful setting. Do not hesitate to stay here you will truly feel welcome. Thanks again Lassad and team, you will definitely see me again soon.

MMatchy WuWe have a fantastic stay in Doubletree by Hilton in Nottingham. The room is very spacious, much bigger than those Doubletree hotel rooms in other cities, good value for money! The amenities and facilities are of high quality. The housekeeping staff are very friendly and helpful. Check-in process is very smooth. The welcoming cookies are very tasty too!
Although the location of the hotel is a little far from the town centre, we can easily drive to there and the hotel car park is free.

Mi ha deluso la zona di spa, l'acqua di piscina era fredda e l'acqua di jacuzzi era anche fredda e non nemmeno il più leggermente caldo.
Il colazione era bellissimo con una gamma così grande da godere. Il cibo nel ristorante sembrava solo cercare di essere troppo adorabile. Per il prezzo, non c'era molto sul piatto e poteva essere stato più saggiato. Il menu del bar ha dato più promessa che il ristorante, così è stato una vergogna avere un bel ambiente, ma il cibo non viveva fino a lui.
In generale, ho goduto il mio soggiorno e ritornerò in questo hotel. Il servizio è stato grande e il personale è stato eccellente. Grazie per un bel soggiorno!

Needed an overnight stop for a nearby business trip. Found this via a third party site and it was very reasonably priced. It ticked my boxes and looked good, so thought I would give it a try. Found the premises ok from the road, but it is set back and I nearly drove past. I was met as I checked in and shown to my room where everything was explained to me. The room was clean and warm (it was cold out), also nicely decorated and felt very homely. The bathroom was clean and also modern. The wifi was good enough to stream and the well equipped fitness room was used by myself. The bed was comfy and I had a good nights sleep. The self service breakfast room was well equipped with hot drinks, juice, bread, cereal and eggs. The only negatives from my stay are ther thin walls, meaning I could hear my neighbour on his phone throughout the evening (but no noise overnight) and my bathroom light was motion activated, plunging me into darkness whilst in the shower. It was only the next morning when I saw the vanity light above the bathroom sink! All in all a really good stay and I would definitely stay here again when in the area.

Great Apartment hotel, 10 min walk from the city centre, great location surrounded by pubs and shops, tesco is only a 5 min walk making it easy to buy groceries for your apartment. The room was very clean and up to standards, was provided with clean towels, body wash, washing up liquid, bin liners, sponge, toilet roll, hand wash, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, heating.. everything you would expect from a hotel. Note that it is a self catering hotel though so if you are staying for less than 7 nights you will need to get your own things. However I booked for 8 nights and received a free clean halfway through my stay, you will have to ask for this through messages. Always got a quick response when messaging the owner which was great! There is a small garden if you are a smoker with benches so you can sit and chill. The TV is smart so you can watch netflix, amazon prime, YouTube, itv ect or just normal TV which was amazing as I am strictly a amazon prime and netflix girly! The shower has amazing pressure it's literally like you're getting a massage and the bathroom in general feels as though you're in a spa, very modern decor! The only thing I feel could be improved is the temperature of the rooms, especially in winter, I stayed in January and the heating goes to 23° max which I thought was a little low for winter time, especially seeing as the floor is laminate, maybe add a small rug or turn up the heating to 25° so guests can be more comfortable, however I am one of those people who get cold very easy so it may just be me lol! Thank you Bestwood Lodge for pulling off the best day of our life. We got married here recently and we have been planning this for almost 2 years with Bestwood Lodge and I must say all my appointments were very attentive and helpful. Brent and the team understood the assignments and I know I very demanding at time but nothing was too much for him and I could trust him to delivery and plan our day smoothly. All our guests have said how perfect and smooth the day was, from the checking into the rooms as most of our guests were staying in the hotel. Rooms were ready early for people to get change before the ceremony in the chapel at 2pm. My husband’s mother was booked into one of the new accessible room which are very nice and spacious and close to the Chapel. The music in the ceremony was spot on. Even though I left my usb with songs at home. Brenton quickly downloaded the songs on his phone and saved the day. The flowers and the decorations in the ballroom was amazing and the room was layout just as we wanted it. Some of our guests were fussy eaters but all the courses were 5 star quality and the presentation of the canapés and variety in the buffet. The food was definitely a highlight. I must mention that all the bar staff on the day worked really well and service was with a smile and keeping the bar stock. Thank you bestwood lodge for making our wedding special and i am sure some of our friends will be using your venue again. We have already booked to stay again in the accessible room for our anniversary. I also would like to mention Housekeeping team thank you for waiting around and sort our room out the first night and for all our weird requests x

UUtente ospiteWe stayed for two nights to attend a concert. The room was reasonably clean and had everything for a short stay- kettle, tea and coffee etc, tv, dressing table with chair, wardrobe, bedside drawers, telephone, free Wi-Fi, plenty of plug sockets inc two usb sockets. Hand wash in bathroom had run out but we had shower gel provided. The mirrors could have been cleaner, and there were some stains on the walls. However, the bed was comfortable and clean, and the room was airy and surprisingly quiet. Free parking. Friendly and helpful manager and staff- happy to call a local taxi for you if required. Ideal location with a well served bus stop outside to take you into the city (£2 contactless payment). Lidl store opposite, alongside a great chippy, and a good family pub. No breakfast provided but hot food from outside allowed to be taken to rooms. For those with realistic expectations looking for a cheap overnight stay (we paid £49 a night) this is a good choice. Would definitely stay again, many thanks!
