Friendly helpful staff, clean spacious room, quiet (and that’s being close to some roadworks). The bayliss and Harding shower gel was lovely scent, towels really soft. Close to the centre of Nottingham. Couldn’t fault it, would use here again

Early check in not ready until 1:30pm but they were happy to take the money. On arrival just told to go sit down and they’d come talk to us in a “couple of minutes”. After half an hour sitting there we decided to move round to the bar for a drink as it was obvious they wasn’t getting anything sorted. No apology, no offer to return the early check in fee. We weren’t the only ones told to sit and wait who had paid for early check in, if you can’t provide a service don’t offer it. When finally to the room there was mould around the shower screen, good luck showering if you’re over 5ft10 as the shower isn’t very high. Only good thing was the bed was fairly comfy. Worst premier inn I’ve ever been to.

I found dirty laundry under my bed. There was no one on the desk at check out to raise the issue with. The bar and restaurant was fine, helpful staff and good food. The location is good for access to the City center but parking at the nearby NCP adds £20 to your stay.

Fantastic check-in experience, bag storage on check-out, friendly helpful staff, always smiling, room clean and well prepared. A real change from the usual feeling of being an inconvenience when checking-in to other hotels. Special mention to Saf for her courteous manner.

I went to the hotel with my family for a long weekend. Overall, great staff but the hotel needs a thorough clean. More specifically, the walls and carpet needs to be washed. In our room, the bedding, towels and shower curtain were all clean. The walls, baseboars and bathroom vent have been overlooked for a long time. The restaurant downstairs is nice and the staff we encountered were lovely.
