I had an extremely bad experience during my recent stay at your hotel. From the moment we entered our room, we were disappointed. The room was freezing cold, even though the outside temperature was below freezing. We expected the room to be warm and comfortable, ready for us to relax, but it was far from that. To make matters worse, the heater wasn’t working. We had to go to reception and request a room change. The second room wasn’t much better – it was cold as well and took over two hours to heat up. We were forced to sit in the cold with our kids, unable to relax. This was unacceptable and has never happened to me in any hotel I’ve stayed in before. The problems didn’t stop there. Later, when my friends (who had booked two additional rooms) came to my room to chat and spend some time together, one of your staff members followed them, knocked on my door, and when I didn’t open it, he unlocked the door himself and entered without permission. He rudely demanded that my friends leave, claiming we were being too loud, even though we weren’t. He then threatened to evacuate us into the heavy snow if my friends didn’t leave the room immediately. His aggressive and unprofessional behavior left us feeling unsafe and humiliated. My kids were scared and traumatized by the incident, and it completely ruined our stay. I’ve stayed at Premier Inn many times before and never had such an awful experience. Their rooms are always warm and welcoming, and their staff are polite and respectful – unlike what I encountered at your hotel. This was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The lack of basic hospitality, professionalism, and respect for guests is appalling. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
