Villa molto confortevole. Noi avevamo la più grande (5 camere in 3 edifici separati) con una vista magnifica e una bellissima piscina a sfioro. Purtroppo le 3 parti non erano allo stesso livello, quindi molte scale erano senza ringhiera protettiva. Eravamo all'estremità dell'hotel, quindi lontani dal ristorante. Fortunatamente c'erano dei golf cart che ti permettevano di andarci, soprattutto perché il terreno è irregolare. Il ristorante è molto buono e il personale attento. L'unico vero lato negativo è che il negozio è molto poco fornito e non ha prodotti di qualità (burro finto, “crema” a base di olio di palma, ecc.).

La nostra villa sul lungomare era perfetta in ogni modo. Menzione speciale alle governanti particolarmente meticolose, ad Aurore du SPA e al direttore Sig. Young per la sua disponibilità e professionalità che hanno reso questo soggiorno un successo. Consiglio vivamente la SPA che è davvero unica sia per l'ambiente che per la qualità dei trattamenti e del suo personale. Nel complesso un 10/10. Alcuni inconvenienti nei servizi del ristorante vengono rapidamente dimenticati poiché il sito è così eccezionale. Ideale per un viaggio con la famiglia o gli amici per momenti indimenticabili garantiti.

The best resort in Nosy with no doubt. We had a fantastic stay with our kids. All the staff was very helpful and accommodating. Food was great as well as the service. The villas are huge but for the price of a hotel room !! Our only regret is not have stay longer ! The zip line and the excursion to Nosy Fany is a must do…

We stayed in villa Ankoay (H11) for two weeks in half board. The 3-bedroom villa is modern, elegant and spacious, with a very large infinity pool enjoying a magnificent 180° view of Befotaka bay. A haven of peace and beauty. The villa was serviced by Luisette, who carefully took care of the cleaning and maintenance everyday from around 7am to 2pm. We couldn’t be more grateful for her kindness and service, always delivered with a smile. A special word also to Nathaniel, the manager, who received us with a wonderful check-in in the villa and checked on us throughout the stay. The beach is just a few meters downhill. It’s a deserted and natural beach, perfect for long walks and some quiet time. We had mixed feelings about the restaurant and food service. The breakfast buffet is very basic and not at 4-star level. They deliver in the villas during the day, which is very convenient, but the selection of snacks and salads is limited. In the evenings, the choice of “plat du jour” ensures diversity and food is well-cooked and nicely presented. However, we were sick a couple of times during the stay… Although in general the restaurant staff is nice, we would advise checking the charges that you sign up there, as we had “mistakes” a few times, always in their favor (specifically, Miza always seemed to be involved). In any case, food and drink prices are very reasonable. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely like to return in the future.

This was my first visit to Nosy Be. I had booked three nights at this property. The hotel is very nice. Exceptional, in fact. The service was good too. The breakfast was lovely and so was the food in general. I enjoyed the apartment I had booked. It was clean, impeccable in fact. The only thing about my apartment was that it required me to go down the hill and climb up every single time I needed to access Restaurant or the Reception. The wi-fi network was not too good either. The landline phone in the paartment was dysfunctional and no one bothred to get it connected in spite of repeated requests. People hardly spoke English. Overall, a good property if you havesome company. A solo traveller such as myself struggled a little bit there.

The hotel is in a quiet place. Spread across a vast area. English is barely spoken. The room was very comfortable. Totally worth it.

Toujours aussi magnifique, avec un accueil au top. Les nouvelles activités, tennis et surtout accrobranche sont au top. Le personnel est aussi pro et le spa toujours aussi reposant. Il faudrait peut être des glaçons dans la piscine ;-) Vivement notre prochain séjour.

Le Paradis. Nous avons été bien accueilli par une équipe très professionnelle. Les vois d'accès et parties communes sont bien entretenues. Nous étions deux couples dans la villa mango, une très grande villla avec trois grandes chambres avec leur sale de bain bien entretenue, jardin agréable, piscine face à la baie de Befotaka, grande cuisine pour qui veut cuisiner, la résidence propose aussi des cuisiniers pour les villas. Une femme de ménage et jardinier qui vient tous les jours au besoin ils sont très discrets. Il y a un restaurant dans la résidence, la cuisine est de qualité et très bonne et le personnel serviable. Nous avions eu droit à une séance de foot massage gratuit dans un endroit paradisiaque. Il y a aussi des bungalows pour des séances de massage. La résidence organise des sorties pour visiter les autres îles . tout est bien organisé. Heaven. We were well received by a very professional team. The access roads and common areas are well maintained. We were two couples in Villa Mango, a very large villa with three large bedrooms with their well-maintained bathroom, pleasant garden, swimming pool facing the bay of Befotaka, large kitchen for those who want to cook, the residence also offers cooks for the villas. A housekeeper and gardener who comes every day if necessary, they are very discreet. There is a restaurant in the residence, the food is very good and the staff is helpful. We were treated to a free foot massage session in a heavenly place. There are also bungalows for massage sessions. The residence organizes outings to visit the other islands. everything is well organized.
