靠近火車站，就是空調不行，太冷

Around 15 years ago, I swore I would never set foot in a Premier Inn again after a very bad experience in London! Experienced bad customer service, dirty room, grubby hard mattress, and the worst breakfast I have had in my life. Yesterday, I broke that pledge and stayed at the Nelson Premier Inn Norwich as it was for just one night . What could go wrong thought...... Well, nothing . From the moment of checking in, I was greeted when smiles and helpfulness. I was slightly early, so they kindly took my bags so I could continue with my day. I arrived back very late evening and again with new staff who were really lovely. Smiles all around and were great with suggestions of bars that were still open if I wanted a drink. Asked if I would like to book breakfast and then gave directions to my room. On entering the room, it smelt clean. And on checking, it was sparkling clean. There was plenty of coffee, tea, and sugar to kerp me going. The bed was better than some 5 star hotels I've stayed in. I slept like a baby. Given that it's in the centre of the nightlife, it was so quiet. Greeted at reception with a good morning as I passed by for breakfast. Breakfast was fantastic. Lots of choices. I chose the Full English and it's was excellent. So welldone Nelson Norwich, you have restored my faith in Premier Inns, and I will be back. Let's hope the others are as good as you.

The Nelson is a long established hotel in Norwich that reliably provides a hotel experience that is not superlative but is never the less satisfying. The heating / air conditioning works. The rooms are clean and well furnished. The walls don't (HOORAY) leak noise from other rooms. The staff are friendly and efficient and the restaurant provides standard fare at an OK price. (The restaurant is surprisingly busy). 2 minutes from the train station, on the river and a 10 minute walk to the centre of Norwich. What's not to like?

Great staff. Debbie is the best !! She made sure we had All we needed and gave us great food and fun tips. The room had a river view and the bed was great. But laughing with the front desk crew ... priceless. Great spot if you're coming in on the train. Thanks Debbie

This was pretty much the standard Premier Inn experience but with an important difference. The staff here were incredibly friendly, helpful and understanding, really making our stay that bit better than expected. Thanks Premier Inn Nelson staff for going the extra mile - it was much appreciated!

Room was over looking busy road & pub. Room wasn't very warm even though we turned heating up. Car parking charge seems to go up each time we stay. Stay quite often but room 417 was the worst room we have ever stayed in being noisy. Walking to check in we saw a large rat run across car park to undergrowth near entrance!
