Premier Inn Evesham

Conveniently located hotel with easy access to attractions in local area. Public areas look like they could do with a bit of a refresh but the room was clean and tidy with a very comfortable bed and a nice powerful shower in the bathroom. Wifi access was very poor. The reception staff were friendly and helpful.

Absolutely first class rooms and above and beyond staff they are exceptional polite and friendly and helpful but above all professional. The staff are always there whatever the problem or even for a chat The best Premier Inn we have ever stayed in 11/10 ☆☆☆☆☆ 🌟

The carpet in our room outside the bathroom was wet, we were offered another room but thought is was something spilt on the floor so we were given towels to put on the floor. In the morning the bathroom floor was flooded from a leaking toilet it smelled horrible so we were unable to use the bathroom without treading in dirty toilet water. We complained and told maintenance would look at it. We were offered no compensation. We were only there one night. On closer inspection it looks like the flooding had been going on for a while but unfortunately I did not think to take a photo as I thought we may have been compensated in some way, but we were not!!

Dirty men's underpants behind the bathroom door from previous guest, not something anyone wants to see but my wife was seriously unhappy. Bed was not made to hotel standard according to my wife, was just thrown together like something I'd do myself. While the bed making skill was lacking but not a deal breaker by any means, the jocks in the bathroom certainly were.

No aircon. Heating controls broken. Free fan provided for cooling and a plug in radiator for heating. Window opened on to a dual carriageway so in hot weather the choice is endure free sauna or deafening traffic noise. Poor staff did their best to be cheerful.

Very run down smelt terrible Our room had toilet paper and not flushed from somone when we arrived! So moved rooms Lady on reception who moved us roo.s was lovely helpful and friendly which I cant say for the other staff ! We paid £168 for 1 night !! I expect a clean fresh room even though seco d room was cleaner it was stil not. Clean and smelt the shower curtain stank too Shame because great location
