Villa is located on the West end of the island, 2 miles from Frederiksted, minutes from the best beaches on the island. The apartment accommodate has a sliding door on the porch for outside dining and grill coking with a table for 6 people. Inside are 2 bedrooms, one with a king, a second with a queen-sized bed, one and a half bathrooms, and a living room with a queen-sized pull-out sofa bed, this means, the apartment can accommodate a maximum of 6 people, and a fully equipped kitchen with side by side refrigerator, microwaves, cafe maker, toaster, propane gas stow, 3 gallons of drinking water, in walking closet is plenty of towels, beach towels, extra beds shits, and blankets. Cooling equipment: 4 ceiling fans, 4 floor fans, 9,000. BTU ceiling AC unit in the living room, 3,500. BTU portable AC unit in walking closet. Is everybody's choice to use what he wants, some customers are allergic to AC, and some to fans, if you like really cool, you need to have Central AC, save the trouble and go to the hotel. Guests have access to the pool, Jacuzzi, internet, basic dish TV, and washing machine, but no dryer. The owner is an experienced scuba diver and can you recommend the best local dive sites, for scuba divers are available diving weights. There are many fruit trees on the property and guests may eat what they find, ask the owner first. On the property are two friendly dobermans, as members of the family, ready to have company, play, and make 24-hour security around the fenced property.
