Travelodge - Northampton Upton Way

Let me write an unbiased review of the hotel. The hotel was easy to find and the carpark had plenty of spaces. Upon arrival we were greeted by a young lady with a smile. We chatted about the hotel a little and she gave us all the information we needed. She was well dressed, polite and well mannered. She didn’t make us feel rushed as I rambled on about how much the hotel has changed since I stayed here almost 15 years ago. It has changed indeed! It was bright and clean and smelled lovely. The outside area and lobby and all hallways were spotless. When we walked into our room it was the perfect temperature. It was well stocked with everything we needed and also spotless. The bathroom was immaculate. It put my own bathroom at home to shame! The bed was super super comfy. I haven’t slept that well for a long time. The hotel itself was quiet and peaceful. The only sound we heard at all were the quiet footsteps of other guests coming and going. As we are in a band, we stay away a lot. I can honestly say this is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in across Europe. For a budget hotel I was very surprised with how clean and well staffed it was. We asked for extra milk in the morning and it was delivered straight away with a smile. Check out was just as friendly. Easy to complete with no fuss. I can truthfully say I would have paid double for our stay. If you are worried about checking into a budget hotel I can say to ease your mind. I will come and stay here again and again. It’s easy to find, central to all the things Northampton has to offer and has everything you need for a pleasant night. Thank you to the staff at Upton way for a great experience.

Clean and comfortable, pretty basic but all we needed for an overnight stay after a day at silverstone.

Hotel Upton Way is best hotel l stayed .Friendly and polite team on duty especially Iwona hotel manager. Room spotlessly clean .great location. Highly recommended for everyone. Free car park and plenty local shops around. Thanks again for great service

lovely stay would come again and will at reception was so great. he helped me sort out the wifi issues i was having which was a big help with my meeting that day. the bed was made perfectly and there was no issues. housekeeping obviously did a great job and they definitely know what they are doing!

Good bed, nice people, clean room, clean bathroom, clean outdoors, nice staff, good reception, very pleasant staying
