Excellent service as always I have been a few times now and stayed over /day spas I have been coming for 3 years. Catrina is always so polite and friendly and service is always great . Thankyou Catrina for your great service. Good variety of salads and mains Dr S Tan

The worst experience trying to get to talk to anyone, you can't get to talk anyone. Would never recommend we where on the phone for 45 minutes not a good experience got so exhausted waiting we didn't bother booking, we gt through to reception then on to someone else couldn't speak to a human being i dont no where call centre is based but it isn't working.

Just home after a relaxing reset at Champneys Springs. As ever, the thing that sets the place apart from other resorts (imho) are the staff team who all make you feel welcome and go above and beyond in every way. This includes housekeeping, front of house, spa and leisure and the restaurant teams. Catrina is always exceptional in ensuring gluten free and dairy free options are available, any doubts about cross contamination lead to fresh dishes from the kitchen. To be fair, the team all seem well versed in restricted diets, and the lunch buffet was almost totally gluten free, other than the bread which was on a different table. We had a bit of a medical incident while there, and Abi and Masimo were on hand to support and ensure there was no lasting damage! Thank you Carol and all your team for putting up with us!

If I could give zero stars I would. My husband and I visited this spa in May for our wedding anniversary. We were greeted by a very miserable and unfriendly man who was the manager. He clearly did not want to help and made that very obvious in the manner he served us. We were shown around the spa by a young lady who when asked told us we could use the spa facilities once we had checked out the next day. I double checked this later on with the manager who served us on reception,and in a very unfriendly dismissive manner told us this information wasn't correct. Check in is increasingly late at 5pm and as a result we couldn't use any of the spa facilities due to the resturant closing at 9pm. We were told you cannot go into the restaurant in gym gear which meant we couldn't use the spa facilities, as they were closed once we finished dinner. The same issue the next morning, by the time the gym and spa opened, unfortunately there wasn't enough time to use any of the facilities before breakfast. We were left incredibly disappointed. I decided to make a formal complaint and was told the general spa manager would be in contact once she was back from holiday. I still haven't heard anything and they haven't provided any compensation. For the incredibly expensive price we paid for one night the experience was incredibly rushed and we left the next day feeling very disappointed. I would avoid this place at all costs!

14th year of returning to Champneys Springs. Stayed for 4 nights this time and had a super time. The hydrotherapy pool is amazing and we always feel so much better after a session in there. A huge shout out goes to Sasima our lovely barista lady …… who has made us feel so welcome and special. We’ll be back next year!

Had a 3 day stay and the staff were excellent and could not do enough to make the stay special. Lots of healthy choices at the breakfast and lunch buffet (highly recommend the soup and beetroot bread). The 3 course evening meal was also good. I had a pedicure and facial and both treatments were excellent. Had a superior room which was very big, clean and had table and chairs in the private garden area which was very peaceful to sit in particularly as the weather was so good. Looking forward to visiting again.

Wow Wow Wow .!!!!Both my daughter and I have had the most amazing experience at this amazing SPA stay over. From check in to check out we have had just the best chilled time. I have been to lots of Spa stay overs but I can honestly say this is my favourite place. This is the Spa to me that’s got everything right from the treatments, staff amazing, fabulous food and drinks, relaxation area, swimming pools , sauna, jacuzzi, bike rides and walks around the grounds. Our choice of breakfast, snacks, smoothies, evening meal ( Fillet Steak to die for, ) fabulous desserts and the service exceptional. APPEROL SPRITZ GORGEOUS. The outside area where it has various seating to loungers where you can have food and drinks or just lounge in the sun was really well presented and spotlessly clean and tables cleared quickly. Even have a game of badminton.!! Lots of space .!!! Our room was lovely and homely and had everything we needed was supplied. Fabulous range of Elemis products for bathing or showering. Just want to thank Ella for my fabulous treatment you were amazing. Sooo knowledgeable, professional and made me feel at ease immune. My treatment was 5 star. Peter the manager what a little diamond of a place you have . After meeting you I can see why. The most lovely, caring , understanding guy who is so passionate about Champneys, his staff and the guests.See you all soon( VERY) SOON.🤩🤩🤩🙏

We stayed lastnight. I would like to start by saying the hotel itself is beautiful and the staff are very friendly, the facilities are really nice however, I paid £98 for a full body massage and was disappointed when I only received back, arms & legs. I thought it would include more than that so left feeling quite disappointed. The food was nice, it came out really quickly. I’m just super disappointed with the money I paid for my massage to not really get the full experience.

I had my first spa day at Springs and it was beautiful! The staff were very kind and attentive, Catrina was very informative and helpful at lunchtime, it always feels abit daunting when you're on your own but she looked after me! The facilities are lovely and clean, it wasn't overly busy either which is nice when you come for a relaxing day. The outside area is perfect for catching abit of sunshine and having a coffee. I will definitely be booking again!
