We reached lachung in night on 23rd march night. Its really awesome. Hotel staff and management is polite. Food is extraordinary in such a remote place. Our deluxe room was upgraded to family suite without any charge. I am really thankful as my friend had 2 yr child and was well taken care of when we were having food. Its one of the great experience i ever had in terms of hospitality and care

This was surprisingly our best stay in sikkim. The hotel is decorated well in night and is not very crowded as well. We took the package including all the meals and we loved it all. We asked for the breakfast at 6:30 am and were provided some dishes from the breakfast before their original start time of 7 am. We liked the service, rooms and food.

It was the best one can expect in lachung, staff was courteous and humble. Food was good and reasonable. View from hotel was breathtaking. Heater was available in room with no extra cost. Rooms and bathrooms were spacious and clean.

Positives- cottage is situated in a very nice location and cottage is neat and clean and well maintained. Staffs are good and helpful. Negatives- electricity is a big concern here. Due to mountain reason. Power cuts happen too much and durations of power cut also long hours. Cottage has power back up system based on invert-er battery which hardly gives you 1-3 hours max after that you have only candle as a power source. Also room amenities need to be improved. Secondly, food is very average specially veg items. I had only eggs curry and vegetables only both are average. So if these two problem if cottage counter then it will be great place to stay.
