The home is located in a residential neighborhood, 1.9 miles from shopping plaza (Publix, Starbucks, Old Navy, etc.), yet offers privacy. The outside sitting area is enclosed by 9 foot curtains, and sits in the corner of the backyard, surrounded on two sides by undeveloped lots with thick trees and foliage, (like a campsite hiding in the suburbs).
