Has everything you need, including pots and pans for cooking, beach chairs, towels, beach umbrella, cooler to pack lunch for the beach (and high-speed internet, smart TVs with Netflix and others, and plenty of games and activities for inside if it rains, including Meta Quest 2 with wireless VR headset). Stream movies outside on 100 in screen with projector included. Also, the door to your rental is only steps from the heated swimming pool. This vacation rental is unique. The home is located in a residential neighborhood, 1.9 miles from shopping plaza (Publix, Starbucks, Old Navy, etc.), yet offers privacy. The outside sitting area is enclosed by 9 foot curtains, and sits in the corner of the backyard, surrounded on two sides by undeveloped lots with thick trees and foliage, (like a campsite hiding in the suburbs). Outside kitties here, but never in unit.
