The villa, fully renovated inside and outside, sits on a unique private beach leading to the beautiful shallow bay. Ten Bay is located in central Eleuthera on the Caribbean side of the island, close to Palmetto Point. The Bay is protected from rough waves and is well known for its calm water, which is excellent for children. The water is calm and shallow with a clean sandy bottom, perfect for swimming, kayaking, and snorkeling, especially at either end of the bay, where it is rocky wher you can find a variety of sea creatures and seashells. The beach is always tranquil. You may be meeting a few people renting one of the homes in the area.The two-story villa has recently been renovated. It has two large bedrooms with a king-size bed, one with a bunk bed, two spacious bathrooms, a beautiful kitchen, and extra beds for larger groups.It can accommodate up to eight guests. There is a large deck/balcony on each floor. On first floor you will find the main bedroom with a king-size​ bed and a soft mattress topper; a second bedroom with a twin bunk bed. Ocean Breeze is a beautiful 3 story, 3,000 square foot home situated on the private Banks Road in Palmetto Point. There are a lot of great things about our home, but these are the major highlights. We have a backup generator, Starlink internet, our tap water is filtered and safe to drink from the tap, we have a washing machine and dryer available for your use, and my favorite feature... it takes 30 seconds to get from the front door to sinking your toes into the pink sand beach!!Our home features a generous amount of outdoor living space. Other amenities include twice filtered water right from the tap (this will save you from having to buy bottled water on the island, which can add up to a lot!), a kitchen stocked with all of the dishes and utensils you could need, and enough living space to enjoy spending time with your friends and family that are lucky enough to come with you on this trip. Between the Rocks beach is a 30 second walk away from the front door of the home. The beautiful pink sand beach stretches for miles in either direction and is a great place for snorkeling and sunset strolls.
