Popped in Here for lunch. Friendly team and good value for money Dog friendly if you have a doggy member of the family Good choice of food - bar menu or restaurant - very pleasant ambience Would recommend here and would comeback again if I was in The area

We visited here twice whilst on holiday in the area. Both times we enjoyed a meal and drinks. The first time we had no booking but were welcomed and accommodated to a lovely table. We enjoyed delicious food of a Ploughman's and ham, egg and chips. The second time, we had booked and again enjoyed delicious food. Highly recommend the onion bhaji starter and onion rings!!! Service both times were excellent... welcoming and friendly, we couldn't fault. Lovely old hotel with characterful charm! Highly recommend!

Excellent food and staff. We had 2 absolutely gorgeous meals here. One was Sunday lunch which was absolutely delicious. The beef was melt in your mouth beautiful and the yorkshire pudding was fresh and gorgeous. The 2nd meal was equally as lovely. Staff very friendly and such a relaxed atmosphere. We'll definitely be back..

We both loved our stay at The kingshead Hotel, Stephen was the perfect host, the room No2 was very large clean and tidy, huge super king-size bed every thing you need plus more. Breakfast was very good plentiful and well cooked, the continental breakfast looked excellent too. We would both very much recommend you book/stay here as we will definitely return in the future. Dogs allowed at a very reasonable £10.

Excellent Service today by all the staff, they are a credit to the establishment. The food was unbelievably tasty, Great large portions and the quality was absolutely top notch. The local beer was of an excellent quality. We would highly recommend to all. Thank you

A village hotel in North Norfolk with loads of character and home comforts. The room was really nice with a large double and a single bed. There was a kettle, and tea, coffee, hot chocolate and biscuits were replenished daily. As well as bottled water. We had a flat screen tv and stylish lighting and decor. The en-suite had a really powerful shower and liquid soap and shower gel were provided too. There was a large bar, and a spacious dining room where we had a really good Full English breakfast with a Continental breakfast option. There was also a small village shop nearby for anything we needed, like a toothbrush! Oh yes, and there's a large car park and a back garden with tables, seating and umbrellas.

Fantastic venue but let down by staff and flies , my god I’ve never seen so many flies . As soon as the food came to the table we were engulfed in house flies . Staff very unfocused , landlord trying his best cleaning the bar every time he walks by while his staff just watch , I hope he reads this and uses it to make a good venue great , after being seated we had to wait 35 mins before we asked if anyone was taking our order ( not ideal) The food was excellent and I did glance at the kitchen and it was spotless ( well done chef ) the toilets spotless

The reception at the Kngs Head is always excellent and the staff are friendly and offer terrific service, making everyone feel very welcome. Food is always excellent and I can’t recommend it highly enough…….and the beer speaks for itself! 😊 Big Thanks to Stephen, Kelly, Ross, Oscar, Freddie and Laurie…….

Had to wait 15 minutes in a bar area to check in, they do have a hotel reception but under staffed, I’d be mindful of this if you have a family or like me was hoping to check in and get settled for an online meeting. Breakfast, what was offered was ok, but states on menu and website hot food available but wasn’t offered this (would have been happy to have paid the advertised extra) so settled with a continental but on the plus fresh toast ! All the sugar & sweetener sachets had even got wet or out of date. Lovely room and comfy bed, had to struggle up 2 flights of stairs with everything as no help was offered.
