This is a beautiful Key West style home in a wonderful neighborhood less than 1 mile from Vanderbilt Beach. The upstairs has 3 bedroom and 2 full bathrooms with a large family room and dining area. The downstairs has a large living room that also has 1 Queen bed, 2 twin beds and 2 large couches to sleep family and friends. There is an oversize boat dock great area to hang out.
Please note: There is a daily fee to heat the pool / hot tub $65. About pets:Pets allowed: limit 1 total.About checkOut:Check out before 10:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:Please treat this home with respect.
