The red tree in has potential and is being remodeled and upgraded in the moment. The only front desk staff they had was excellent in servicing us and did all she could to ensure a smooth check in/out experience! She was friendly and always smiling. Whatever I needed she made sure to get it from an iron to a coffee and cold drinks. They definitely need an on ground maintenance main to ensure the property is clean the outside, entrance, walkways, stairs wells, etc…we’re Sandy, dirty, and yeah eveywhere. Nthe room was a 7 out of 10 on overall cleanliness I get it it’s a beach and sand is a pain but you still need to vacuum with care, bed tightly made and bathroom clean that was a plus. Pool area not kept up and greenery outside needed trimming looked like a jungle. Would we stay again but not our first choice maybe a 3rd or 4th at best.. it’s a 2 star property with potential!

Bugs. Smoke detector kept beeping. The finish on the lamp was peeling. Bad condition overall.

Was amazing place to stay beach view was able to walk stright down path to beach could use bigger mini fridge but overall very satisfied with my stay

Being right on the beach was important for us. I could watch the dolphins swim by from the balcony. During our stay there was a tropical storm and tornado, but I liked the quietness and friendliness of the place and staff.

Roaches. Smelled like urine. Curtain rod fell and hit my husband in the head while opening curtains. Each and every hotel I’ve stayed at I ALWAYS remove sheets, towels etc. I told the lady just in checking out that I had done that. Went to car and decided to throw away a bottle. Went inside and the cleaning lady was talking mad crap about me.

Appearance wise not very well maintained. Hallways and stairs hadn't been swept any recently. Old paint chipping off walls and no access to beach even though all rooms are beachfront. My Lady partner called it 'a crap hole ' and I'm being nice. To be fair inside the rooms it's very nice and comfortable. Pool maintenance is high priority. Pool guy on top of it. Office staff very nice and polite

It was a lot that went wrong on this trip starting with them not finding my reservation then them let me in at 4:00 a.m. then the room was molded bed was wet

Very impressed with the remodel!! Very affordable and quiet and oceanfront . Staff were so nice and accommodating!! We will be back .
