All linens and bath towels are included with your reservation. House Rules 1. Minimum renter age 25. Guest age 25 or older must be staying on property at all times. Proof of age required. 2. No smoking. Guests must pick up any cigarette butts if smoking outdoors. 3.4. Check-in is 4:00 p.m. and Check-out is 10:00 a.m. No early check-in or late check-out.
