Abbiamo dovuto interrompere il nostro viaggio, quindi abbiamo passato una notte qui. E'un po' difficile arrivare lì perché è dietro un paio di altre aziende e il nostro GPS era un po' confuso. LOL Front Desk help was friendly. È vecchio e potrebbe usare alcuni aggiornamenti, ma in questa era anti-business, stanno facendo bene. (Era chiuso quando eravamo li' e probabilmente era aperto solo durante i mesi estivi.) Non c'era ascensore, ma non ci importava di camminare in piedi. La stanza sembrava molto pulita. C'era un frigorifero. Poteva esserci anche una microonde, ma non ne avevo bisogno, non ricordo davvero. Hanno venduto anche qualche snack vicino al divano frontale. Avevamo il nostro cibo e snack, ma era pensato di avere qualcosa. C'era un colpo e andava a colazione, ma ancora una volta, abbiamo mangiato con noi. Anche se vicino all'Interstate, abbiamo trovato che era tranquillo che apprezzavamo davvero. Il A/C ha funzionato. YAY! Una delle cose più belle era che c'era una Bibbia nella stanza. Abbiamo viaggiato migliaia di migliaia di miglia (con l'auto) negli ultimi mesi e così tante camere non hanno avuto una Bibbia, quindi sono davvero felice di vedere che questa attività si prendeva cura abbastanza per avere le istruzioni della vita a chiunque sia interessato. :-)

L'hotel è proprio vicino all'Interstate 40, quindi viaggiare è abbastanza facile. Sembra che ci siano molti senzatetto nel quartiere e i parcheggi vicino alla porta d'ingresso dell'edificio erano sempre pieni, quindi abbiamo dovuto parcheggiare di lato, il che mi ha fatto innervosire che qualcuno stesse per rubare il nostro convertitore catalitico (c'è sono successe molte cose che ho sentito) o essere derubato ma il parcheggio laterale era ben illuminato ma a una certa distanza dalla porta, quindi se fosse successo qualcosa l'unico modo per entrare nell'edificio era attraverso la porta d'ingresso che era circa 10-11 a pochi passi. L'ascensore continuava a essere strano, quando siamo arrivati al nostro piano ci è voluto un po' per aprirsi e balbettava o tremava un po'. Le camere erano molto pulite e sembravano molto belle come nella foto! Adoro lo specchio del bagno, è stupendo anche se vorrei che il bagno avesse un po' più di spazio sul bancone. Inoltre, per qualche motivo il nostro condizionatore d'aria non funzionava (grazie al cielo il nostro soggiorno è stato durante un fine settimana più fresco) abbiamo provato a far funzionare il termostato ma non si è mai interrotto, il che è stato molto fastidioso. Il personale della reception era a posto, niente di entusiasmante anche se. Onestamente dico di prenotare questo hotel se rimani una o due notti e hai solo bisogno di un posto dove posare la tuta di carne per ricaricare. Se hai bambini piccoli, forse scegli da qualche altra parte perché il parcheggio puzzava sempre di ”lattuga del diavolo” quando uscivamo e c'erano bottiglie di liquore rotte nel parcheggio. Consiglierei questo posto per un viaggio di fuga veloce.

Nuova stanza pulita. Piatti come legno che mi piace, perché sono più facili da tenere puliti. Grande frigorifero. Camminare facilmente a Starbucks e Dollar General per snack.

I've stayed at the Wyndham Riverfront in Little Rock on previous trips to the city. On the whole it is a good buy. The rooms are clean and well kept, there is a dependable airport shuttle, and downtown is a two minute drive across the Arkansas River. The hotel breakfast is excellent, much better than most reasonably priced hotels offer. There are two good restaurants at the hotel, BUT the excellent steakhouse is only openThursday through Sunday and the Benehana, a sushi and hibachi place is likely to be fully booked if a reservation hasn't been made in advance. Fortunately, there is a whole district with good places to eat a five minute walk from the front door. My one serious complaint is that the hotel offers a day before online checkin option that promises ”just pick up your key and proceed to your room” that failed miserably. the airport shuttle dropped us off with a half dozen or so other guests who had not checked in online who immediately tied up the single staff member. Even though those guests did have reservations, the process of registering them seemed exceptionally slow. When I was finally able to ask for my room key, All I had to do was show my ID, have my credit card scanned, and learn how to find my room (this is a HUGE hotel, my cousin described her room as ”in the next county”). The promise of ”just pick up your key” can't work without a second staff member whose primary responsibility is to handle already checked in guests. The shuttle is an asset, BUT it inevitably creates multiple guests arriving together. Only one person handling the desk is predictably inadequate.

Questo giardino è situato proprio fuori dall'autostrada e ha molti ristoranti intorno a lui. Era molto pulito e per lo più tranquillo. Hanno un Bistro in hotel e un bar, se avete bisogno di cibo e una bevanda. Animali domestici amichevoli (e tariffe di animali domestici a prezzi accessibili!!!). Il letto era molto confortevole.Il gala che lavorava quella notte al divano non era il più amichevole. Ho capito che oggi è difficile trovare grandi dipendenti, ma lei è stata la prima/unica persona con cui abbiamo interagito con quello che ha lavorato all'hotel e non è stato piacevole. Forse aveva un giorno libero? ! In generale il soggiorno era buono.
