L'hotel è proprio vicino all'Interstate 40, quindi viaggiare è abbastanza facile. Sembra che ci siano molti senzatetto nel quartiere e i parcheggi vicino alla porta d'ingresso dell'edificio erano sempre pieni, quindi abbiamo dovuto parcheggiare di lato, il che mi ha fatto innervosire che qualcuno stesse per rubare il nostro convertitore catalitico (c'è sono successe molte cose che ho sentito) o essere derubato ma il parcheggio laterale era ben illuminato ma a una certa distanza dalla porta, quindi se fosse successo qualcosa l'unico modo per entrare nell'edificio era attraverso la porta d'ingresso che era circa 10-11 a pochi passi. L'ascensore continuava a essere strano, quando siamo arrivati al nostro piano ci è voluto un po' per aprirsi e balbettava o tremava un po'. Le camere erano molto pulite e sembravano molto belle come nella foto! Adoro lo specchio del bagno, è stupendo anche se vorrei che il bagno avesse un po' più di spazio sul bancone. Inoltre, per qualche motivo il nostro condizionatore d'aria non funzionava (grazie al cielo il nostro soggiorno è stato durante un fine settimana più fresco) abbiamo provato a far funzionare il termostato ma non si è mai interrotto, il che è stato molto fastidioso. Il personale della reception era a posto, niente di entusiasmante anche se. Onestamente dico di prenotare questo hotel se rimani una o due notti e hai solo bisogno di un posto dove posare la tuta di carne per ricaricare. Se hai bambini piccoli, forse scegli da qualche altra parte perché il parcheggio puzzava sempre di "lattuga del diavolo" quando uscivamo e c'erano bottiglie di liquore rotte nel parcheggio. Consiglierei questo posto per un viaggio di fuga veloce.

Don’t stay here! We had to change our room upon entry bc toilet was leaking. Then they put us in another room with adjoining door and we did not want that. So we changed again. The girl was nice and the place looks good in pics but it is old dirty and the parking is terrible. The first night there were some shady characters on bikes (notcustomer)hanging out in the back parking area. It’s just not a good area and not worth staying there. Please consider a better area and better lighted parking. This parking is narrow and on a hill and rest of parking is adjacent to gas station and Dark. Just go somewhere else.

The room we were given had peeling paint and was dirty and the towels were dirty and I had a dehumidifier and they’re very loud and it stunk so we asked for a different room. We got the room across the hall which didn’t have a dehumidifier which was good. Had peeling paint in the bathroom. Bathroom was terrible. Overall condition of that hotel is terrible. The staff our role is very nice.

Seems like their remodeling so maybe once completed it will be better pictures misleading very strong smells in hotel entry way staff ok but no previous notification of 100.00 deposit until I arrived and I’ve never had to pay 100.00 deposit especially using my credit card and this hotel was last min mainly for rest so it wasn’t really up to my standards rooms seem to be somewhat outdated and just not clean or fresh look at your baseboard your towels liens the walls were dirty even the place where you place the soaps and shower gels we’re sticky I don’t know the area was just dirty and be more friendly also not enough trash cans a lot of things were out of order drink machines ice machines couldn’t use elevators between certain times and there were some dead bugs and the smell they had something coming from spray machines like air freshener but it was loud and smelled bad and the elevator got stuck alot

Beautiful room, very decor, clean, comfortable, safe, friendly. Wish breakfast was better is all. Great stay.

Currently under renovation. Rooms on either side of us being redone. Plastic wrap on hall floors and lots of plaster and dry wall on floor being tracked. Bath room shower with peeling paint and running faucet. Breakfast waffle maker and microwave biscuits. Yoghurt out if date. All styrofoam plates etc. Bed was comfortable.extra charge for pet. Cat could get behind bed and hide.

The door to the room was missing half the paint. The ceiling tiles above the door were mussing revealing dirt. The bathroom flo9r looked it was never washed. The wall in the bathroom had dirt of unknown origins (gross). The rest of the room was ok.

comfortable overall. a few minor issues: the shower temperature was difficult to figure out/slightly off. also, the toilet got plugged very easily. other than that, great.

The stay was overall good everyone on the staff except for Sasha had amazing customer service. She could really use some more training. She wasn’t welcoming at all as soon we walked in she had her head down texting on her phone & it took her a minute to even acknowledge us standing there.
