My daughter and I checked in to this property and promptly left. The hotel.had an overall smell of cigarette smoke. Our room had a hole in the ceiling. We did not stay to see how the.night would go.

It was great the pool was down which was a disappointment I kind of went there for the pool but it was a great stay

Horrible pay full price for a hotel with a pool closed do to water issues we booked this hotel for the indoor pool for my 8yr old and he was excited and not only was pool closed we paid full price we should not have to pay full price if we don't get full benefits also room 210 bathtub was all rusted up which can make people sick and hotel smells

I mean craziest experience of my life. This cost the same as any other name brand in the local area but man did it have sleezy motel vibes. The room was decently clean, but the poop stained carpets are disgusting. If you're wondering what the oder in the stairwell is...it's crack and cigarettes...I know because I found the ********** hiding on the second floor landing. The sounds of moaning from the other rooms is something that might happen in other hotels too. Being offered some fun for a fee in the parking lot was definitely on another level. Still I'd take the moaning over the screaming baby in the room next door all night. Couldn't find the desk attendant to even attempt to change rooms. The only reason I even stayed here vs any other place in the $75 a night range of which there a many, was the pool which was closed anyways. Not that I'd recommend using it given the disgusting state of the place. Look I've stayed in some horrible places. Honestly when I'm on my own I'd stay in a place like this with little issue if the price reflected it. But honestly this was a mind blowing experience for a well known chain hotel

This hotel is old and dirty. As soon as I arrived, I called the front desk to tell them the door lock was broke. They told me it would get fixed. We left for about 5 hours came back at midnight and it was still broke. They said they did not have another room so there we were leaving in extremely cold weather driving back to Washington. Don't waste your time here. Elevator was filled with candy wrappers on the floor window filthy. Front office girl could have cared less, and manager said no worries your safe. Good buddy you sleep in the room with a broken lock with your daughter. This is a HARD pass.

Was run down and breakfast was only waffles and yougart. Would not stay again.

Horrible cleaning, bad smell in the room, pipes in poor condition, super dirty gym.

Nice front desk staff, sink in bathroom cracked, toliet doesnt flush right had to flush it numerous times. C cy

Staff is excellent and tremendous. Very kind and friendly. The room however has some minor issues. Small toilet (like sitting on a bucket). A hint of cigarette aroma purifies the property. Thin walls (if you know what I mean)
