Being THE ONLY (so called) hotel that walking distance with Jakarta International Stadium did make them need to raise the rate when Ed Sheeran held concert in JIS. That is the only perk (& reason) to stay there. The room is not clean at all, we need to call the cleaning team again to sweep and change the bed sheet because the floor was so dusty and they even have dead cockroach on our room floor. I don't have anything else good to review here. Service level is not good enough but they're trying their best. But the parking man should learn to be more polite, he assumed us only want to park our car there for the concert even though I told him that we have booked room here. So arrogant.

Kamarnya nyaman, sarapannya juga enak..overall nyaman, hanya kebersihan toilet perlu ditingkatkan..karena licin..takut orangtua bisa terjatuh🙏🏻

Tidak ada tissue dimeja, tidak ada sandal, sabun sangat encer karna dicampur air, tidak ada kursi/ sofa, channel tv hanya sedikit, pelayan tidak ada senyum
