Hotelnya nyaman.
Lokasinya strategis.
Pelayanan ramah banget.
Menu sarapan nya sangat ga recommended banget.
Seperti makanan kemarin terus di hangatkan kembali jadi ga segar.
Dan juga makanan lainnya pun tidak ada yg segar.

First time here. Good service, good interior and good bed set for quality sleep. But, please always change the menu for breakfast for each day. Thank you for letting us stay there.

The overall service is decent, but when I got there they told me to wait almost two hours because the room wasn't ready. that's a big let down

Good location at Mangga 2 sq mall with lot of food to choose from and near Ancol. But one short is the mall haven't full recovery with many shops still empty after covid 19.

The room is clean but there is a strange smell probably because of humidity or something, need to improve the air circulation. Location is good and easy to find food around.
