Hotel in zona Green Health Foot Spa, North Hempstead

* Parking - small lot under the hotel between the poles everywhere- hard to navigate and park near but space is limited and it is NY so I get it. *Location- nice centrally located in surprisingly high end area. Great food right nearby. * Service- let me just say the housekeeper was great! Friendly and takes pride in her work. In sharp contrast though, the front desk staff female - needs some serious customer service training. Walked inside to check in to her finishing an obvious personal call by the context and a hand being thrown up to us as we waited for her to finish making her after work plans. Simple Issues during check in that became larger on her part as we obviously inconvenienced her and she literally argued room type listed in printed copy of reservation. Get through that and then sent to room and Room 1 - no heat or ac working, floor creaking and uneven which was odd, weird smell (assuming from ac issue). Returned to desk to discuss and she sadly, seemed to enjoy the fact there was an issue. So sent us and all our stuff to Room 2- bed great surprisingly comfy bathroom clean, older room but is just a place to lay your head while in town. Keys however mysteriously kept not working but ironically enough only when she was on shift over the course of several days. Male morning desk person, very friendly and helpful with directions. He always was being personable with guests other than ourselves, obviously enjoys his job. *Room 2 was directly under room 1 which became occupied on day 2 and we spent the next two days in the evenings listening to extremely loud floor squeaks as the guests above us moved. They were night owls and this went well into the night. We ended up meeting them at breakfast and it was an interesting conversation as they noticed all the same listed above. *Breakfast- decent but no home run. For age and size of hotel, it was well set out and had what you needed to start the day. I would strongly say to just stay somewhere else. It was clean which was good but overall even as a place just to lay your head it is best to avoid.

Il servizio dell'hotel è entusiasta, non sappiamo il linguaggio, ma attraverso la comunicazione e la gestazione, il soggiorno è molto facile.Il rullo di uova per la colazione è buono.La decorazione della stanza è semplice ma molto pulita.

Khama, Antonella e Dean forniscono un servizio eccellente dal cibo e da bere alla direzione che erano estremamente pensanti e curati, sicuramente un deve andare in posizione!!!! Devi venire qui. Mi piace il servizio e tutto circa il mio soggiorno!!!!

Il piccolo soggiorno carino è stato davvero utile Ho anche lavorato come guardia di sicurezza nello stesso hotel ed è stato davvero conveniente per me avere una stanza dove stare per la notte, così quando mi sono svegliato la mattina mi sono sentito ricaricato. Hanno anche i bagel offerti al mattino e il tè che è fantastico.

La gita ha vissuto qui, la stanza è più pulita, la colazione non è molto scelta, così, ci sono bacon, waffle, frutta ecc.

C'è un ascensore all'hotel. Non ho usato ascensore da alloggio a partire per sei notti.Il personale ha detto che le vacanze non hanno trovato il personale per riparare, quindi sono sempre andato alle scale e non c'è il personale per aiutare a spostare il bagaglio.Ho portato la scatola in quattro piani. L'hotel aveva un ristorante per la colazione. Ora è aperto venerdì, sabato e domenica per tre giorni.Questa volta è un po'di esperienza!

Typical newly-renovated Courtyard property, so, fine, you think you know what you're gonna get (if you've stayed at a Courtyard before). I'll lead with compliments to the staff: all pleasant and chill. A particular shout-out to the Assistant General Manager Lorbie Salvador -- fantastic. She really gets it, and is great (amidst a system that can seem inconsistent or inefficient at times). Now, some mixed-review details: Renovations are currently ONGOING (6/19/23). I received an email 2 days prior to check-in that the front entrance is off-limits due to driveway reconstruction. Gotta enter via side door. So if getting rained-upon as you schlep from car to building with your stuff doesn't bother you, then fine. I dig staying dry under a covered driveway, but maybe that's just me. Just would've liked to know ahead of time (like, when I booked?). Hope that's done when you book. Our suite was indeed spacious and clean. Drapes and blackout curtains very effective, if difficult to adjust. Don't be deceived by listings/reviews/pictures that indicate a pool. NOPE, NO POOL. I inquired directly and was told they haven't offered it for 6 years! And a tarp covered the firepit (I THINK that's what it was) smack in the center of the deserted courtyard. Not great optics. At least the exercise room was real. If it matters, this IS/IS a pet-friendly hotel. I'd seen conflicting info on that. Now...the pricing. Surprisingly high for the time of our stay, in ALL aspects, for a suburban hotel located hard by the intersection of two interstate highways. I booked well in advance for an event (like, 5 months prior) and periodically tracked the rates for typical fluctuations/specials/etc, and they only climbed. Biz must be good; they claimed a sellout and that's likely true. But, hoo boy, those firm rates did surprise me. As did the $6 bottle of water in the room. And the ONE tiny crappy coffee packet (for a suite with TWO occupants). Again, bad optics at best. Starbucks and food served in the lobby cafe are no bargain. Breakfast for 2 (eggs-n-such) with coffees were pretty good...for $40 + tip. Just stuff to bear in mind so you're not surprised. Not knowing what other accommodations are nearby, I guess I'd return if I had to.

L'hotel è molto vecchio. Dietro di lui è la ferrovia. Il treno di ritorno a Manhattan è molto frequente, ma non c'è molto rumore nel isolamento, non c'è troppo rumore.Il piccolo fratello della macchina di autobus è molto bravo e sembra molto timido

Ho vissuto per due notti a Hilton, l'ambiente generale è più nuovo di quello accanto a Shiu.Il prezzo è più vantaggioso di Shiu.Quando il check-out più importante, il deposito è immediatamente restituito.Non ho lasciato nessun deposito per due giorni rispetto a Shiu.Devo seguirlo. Il deposito di Shi è più di cento, superiore a Hilton.La prossima volta scelgo l'hotel Hilton di Long Island.
