The Crown at Marnhull

Just to counter the negative reviews our visit was great. Despite being very busy due to a wake and a party the bar staff assured us our food order wouldn’t be an issue and it wasn’t - our starters and mains arrived with perfect timing and the bar staff were very friendly and helpful at all times, making tweaks for my son’s order without any issue. The food was fresh and tasty, especially the whitebait and calamari starters.

Work Stay This was my second stay at The Crown at Harnhill, and once again, it did not disappoint! From the moment I arrived, the warm and welcoming atmosphere made me feel right at home. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring that everything was perfect throughout my stay. The room was comfortable, well-kept, and had all the little touches that make a stay extra special. A good night’s sleep was guaranteed with the cozy bed and peaceful surroundings. The food was another highlight! I started with the scampi and pork crackling, and let’s be honest—who can say no to pork crackling? Both were absolutely delicious, perfectly crispy, and packed with flavor. My main was just as impressive, and breakfast the next morning was amazing. I had the Eggs Benedict, which was cooked to perfection, and the ham was to die for—so full of flavor and beautifully prepared. It’s clear that The Crown at Marnhill prides itself on excellent service and high-quality hospitality. I’ll definitely be returning again in the future. Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
