Worst place to stay in delhi... very shabby toilets.... bad room decor... uncomfortable beds.... swimming pool was full of algae and dust... no service... ac of the rooms was not working.... very bad wifi connection.... breakfast has nothing to eat

Hotel is good but definitely has a pest problem… Too many mosquitoes and no attempt to prevent it, also in one of the rooms, I got bitten by bed bugs all over my hands…Other than that, staff tried to help as much as they could, but due to too many events, they couldn’t even attend us properly…

Such a pathetic stay paid 3100 should be all refund from them, No AC No IRD taking calls, no water in room, called 10 times for Ice and glass no one delivered later after 1 hour it came ! AC sucks room smelling they bothered for weddings only ! Need refund back

The service from this hotel is completely pathetic, i came here with all India team of my organization, i got zero class service. Nobody even welcomed us, staffs were badly cooperative, if we order something in house keeping they take around 1/2 an hour to respond, even sometime AC is not working, sometime water supply is stopped, in some of colleagues room light was not on, even the hotel premises was so dirty. I would never recommend anyone to visit this hotel ever in their life. if someone is interested to waste their money and want to experience pathetic service can visit this hotel.

The housekeeping staff did an excellent job." 2. *Food*: "The breakfast spread was amazing! 3. *Staff*: "The front desk staff & Pankaj Kashyap with his manager Raj were warm and welcoming. They helped us with all our queries and made our stay seamless." 4. *Amenities*: "The hotel's amenities, such as the gym and pool, were well-maintained and convenient to use. Overall my experience was amazing.Pramod ji the housing person he was too respectful and dedicated for his work. He organised the room nicely. The room and bathroom both were clean and well organized. I love their service. Workers are so soft-spoken and respectful. I would like to appreciate Front office Team as he was extremely considerate towards the customers staying in the hotel. These things matter as going the extra mile to ensure customers comfort is very important . Unlike a few who don’t care.
