Previous reviews are totally misleading, this was my first time staying at a H2S hotel. The room was spotlessly clean, very roomy and even had a curtain to pull to block light from the other side so I can sleep. I always keep lights on in hotels on my business travels. The breakfast was like eating from a buffet line at a Mcdonalds, way better than the usual powdered eggs and turkey sausage at Hampton Inns. Very nice staff, and I will definitely make this my go to when in Fargo, oh yeah tons of restaurants and shops within walking distance as well.

The sheets in our room weren’t clean and still had hair in them. Bathroom had hair in the shower. The pool had a dirt ring around the edge and the metal stairs were nasty and I don’t think ever cleaned. Breakfast was what I expected. Food under a heat lamp that didn’t look appetizing and the only other options were waffles and cereal. Ended up just taking a banana and yogurt and went out for breakfast. My husband noticed a toddler that was sitting on the furniture who had a leaky diaper! Don’t think I’ll be back. I’m picky!

While on a recent road trip with friends, Fargo, ND was one of our overnight stops. We were able to stay at the Home 2 Suites for our overnight stay and it was clean, near everything we wanted to check out (including the visitors center) and offered all that we needed for a restful nights sleep before our next driving day.

Nice property. Clean modern rooms and amenities. Friendly and professional staff. Home2 breakfast is not as good as other properties in Hilton family, with majority of options pre-packaged. Accommodating with pets. Convenient (mostly by driving) to restaurants and green space. Right next to minor league baseball stadium. We enjoyed our stay.

Had a backache from the bed. The breakfast is TERRIBLE. Seriously, bad food, made hours beforehand. A lot of it looks like it is microwaved. I can't believe the management of the hotel doesn't realize how awful the food is. You're better off not serving breakfast, rather than serve one that is total crap. I ate there two days and ended up throwing most of it in the garbage can. The other two days, I didn't even bother.

Hotel was great, everything was perfect except the breakfast was the worst I've had at a hotel period. Watery oatmeal, the "hot" food was literally all microwaved breakfast sandwiches etc and they looked literally like plastic. I was hungry after breakfast both days and so were my kids. Probably a deal breaker at this price point.

Stayed on night on the way through town and H2SbyHFND had everything we needed. Home2 is our go to chain as we appreciate the amenities they offer at a fair price. Staff were friendly and breakfast was very good other than some cold coffee. They are in the process of renovating some of the rooms so it should even be better the next time we visit.

Rooms was clean, friendly service. Breakfast is not that great-typical hotel food. The only complaint I had was the bedding on the beds and the pillows. I think they had a mattress cover for a blanket and the pillows were pretty lumpy. Neither were good. Not sure how this can be an issue at a Hilton? My spouse and I were both like wth is up with this bedding?

This is our second time at this property. First visit was on point which is why we came back. Started off poorly the night of arrival. Naomi was less than pleasant. Lots of eye rolling (when I asked for a 2nd key) huffing in inconvenience when I asked for extra towels (got told "if I have any") and then finally a do you want your waters since you're honor members and do you need me to tell you about the hotel? Aahhh...yes to both of those things. As a long time Diamond status member I'd like a little more professionalism out of the gate. (She did not thank us for being diamond members.) Get to the room, sofa mattess pad was dirty. Hair, grass and dirt. Sofa cushion had a hole out of it. Went down and asked for new cover for the sofa bed. Different clerk was there. Was friendly and went to housekeeping closet to try and find a mattress pad for us which he did. Breakfast was horrible. Even the coffee. Greasy and not hot. Only tried to eat the first morning there. Went out to breakfast the remaining mornings. Rooms need to be cleaned more thoroughly after each guest and garbage cans located throughout the property were always overflowing. Didn't utilize housekeeping during our stay. Gave 2 stars as the location was ideal for us and the king bed was comfortable. Naomi checked us out after a 4 day stay and didn't inquire if our stay was pleasant. Think I'll try one of the other hotels in that area when we come back to town. Service and cleanliness was much better during our pandemic visit.
