Why not 5 stars?? Overall the stay was nice, the property was clean and slept everyone comfortably, and the communication with the property manager/owner was on point and helpful. I would say though, if you’re wanting to stay in NJ for a cheaper price try closer to Hoboken or in Hoboken instead, just because it’s more convenient for public transportation to and from the city. This place is conveniently located to a train station which helped. Now why not 5 stars?? Because when you think everything went great and you’re done with the trip and spending money on it! This property manager/owner hits you with a ridiculous 70 charge for soiled towels and sheets! They were normal use towels and sheets!! Don’t charge us a stupid 70 charge for something you’re going to wash anyway!! This put a sour taste on something that was actually a great experience so sad!!

Great Stay for New York We were three retired senior couples spending 4 days in the New York area after a cruise. Angie was great to work with, we really appreciated the early checkin. The property had everything listed and was just what we needed. We used Uber, the buses and subway to get around New York. We would gladly stay here again when we are back to New York City.
