The Old Posthouse B&B

Julia and Tony provided a really great experience. Room spotlessly clean and comfortable, being refreshed each day. Great little treats to keep you going in the evening provided in the room and a very tasty and plentiful breakfast. Good village location within easy driving distance to Lincoln and other places to visit. You will not be disappointed by booking with this B&B. Only a couple of things to be wary of is very steep stairs to get to the rooms and shower can suddenly go cold on you as someone else is using water elsewhere in the building. We now know where to book when visiting this part of Lincolnshire again!

A lovely b&b, very well appointed and a very comfortable room. Breakfast was huge, with a lot of local produce, and a great choice of coffees and teas. A comfortable dining room and a sitting room just for guests. Off-street parking. The owners were lovely, very welcoming. Will definitely be back at some point!

We stayed at this fantastic B&B whilst attending an event at the Lincoln Showground. Tony and his daughter were a fantastic hosts and made us both feel very welcome, Tony managed, without fuss, to overcome a slight hitch with me booking the wrong day! The location of the Old Posthouse is great, nice and quiet, the facilities available are top notch and to top it all the breakfast is high quality. This establishment is what a well run, quality B&B's is all about, thank you to the hosts for making our stay a very pleasant experience.

We stayed here this weekend for 2 nights whilst at a wedding at the Hackthorn estate. Wow, what a place. Everything from the minute we got there was perfect. The room was lovely and the homemade lemon drizzle cake on arrival was a really nice touch. Breakfast was incredible with so many options and the local produce used was amazing! Tony and Julia were the most amazing hosts and nothing was too much trouble for them. We will definitely be returning in the near future.

The comfiest, tidiest most special little find . The hosts are attentive without being intrusive , and really friendly . The food is amazing topped off with home made jams and marmalade . Bath robes and homemade cake topped off a lovely stay .

Always a warm welcome. Lovely quiet location. The room is very clean and the toiletries a high standard. There’s freshly made and tasty cake and a good variety of tea and coffee sachets in the room. The fresh milk from the fridge is a welcome touch. There are good restaurants nearby, with helpful recommendations. I believe they will soon be providing evening meals. The bed is so comfortable I slightly overslept! The breakfast menu is a great choice, locally sourced and freshly made: delicious. Sets you up well for the day. Overall. highly recommended.
