The staff at this hotel are the most thoughtful and friendliest of anywhere I have ever stayed. They were very helpful while during our stay we had some health issues. They went over and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed - from the gentleman at the front desk to the kind hostess at breakfast who bagged up food for me. This hotel has always been clean and had everything we need when we travel for OU football weekends. Thank you!!

Non chiamerei questa prima classe, ma è molto comodo e il personale è molto bello e utile. La loro politica di animali domestici è sorprendente e i colazione e il bar sono al di là di un buon soggiorno mentre a Norman.L'unico altro posto che consideriamo è la Noun che è più prezioso ma più vicino al campus

Mi piaceva l'esperienza e il servizio era sorprendente, mi piacerebbe una migliore scelta di colazione.

Where do I start? First of all when we arrived to check in they said they did not have the room that I requested earlier in the day by calling them. Finally, after some heated discussion all at once they had a room on the top floor, king size bed and away from the elevator. When we arrived in the room it was dirty and the bed was made but looked as though the previous guest slept in it. The bathroom wasn't clean and there was food on the floor. Also, the built in shampoo bottle was completely empty. We called the front desk and she brought up clean sheets for us to make the bed and we showed her everything that was wrong. She agreed and left. We have pictures of everything that was nasty. The next day the lead housekeeper Melissa K. came up to apologize and said she would take care of everything. She seems like the only one in the hotel that cares about anything .Credit to her. She took the girl that cleaned it last into the room and spent two hours cleaning the room she said it should have never been like that. After her cleaning it the room was great. We spoke to the manager of the hotel and did comp us one days stay and supposedly gave us 1000 points, to which I have not seen them yet. Also, the elevator has a really loud squealing sound when it stops. We did bring it to front desk attention to which they didn’t seem to care. The fire alarm button on one of the elevators was broker off, how is that OK? The pool was out of order for all three days we stayed and I'm sure it has not been available for a lot longer. The breakfast selection was poor all three days that we stayed. There were no signature cinnamon rolls. I ask the breakfast attendant and she said they cannot get them. Plus, they only had the prepackaged muffins one day out of the three. The eggs were not hot and dried out. The coffee was weak all three days and terrible tasting. When we left the Norman IHG we went to Roswell NM and stay one night. They had the room that I called ahead for and it was cleaned and they had better coffee and actually had cinnamon rolls and muffins, imagine that.

The bed had very nice heat insulation when sleeping in a cold room, it was a perfect mix. It had a nice place to shower and use toiletries. And for a one bed room, it was very spacious especially since I’m tall. On top of all that the breakfast was amazing. I came only the last day of my trip so I may have missed the good foods but the orange juice really hits the spot.

Bagno e tubo caldo hanno grandi pezzi di plastica mancanti. Il tubo caldo non è molto caldo. La piscina è all'interno ma è davvero fredda. Il letto era comodo e decorazione è stata bello. Scegliamo questo hotel a causa della piscina all'interno, in modo che i nostri nonni possano nuotare. Non è successo perché era freddo e tutti i pezzi rotti. Anche le roccia si scontravano mentre mio marito e io ero nel tubo caldo.
