Hotel in zona Polo Ralph Lauren Factory Store, Norfolk

We checked in on May 13, 2023. Not happy at all from the start.................... First off lets start with the front desk.... 1. The front desk associate was highly rude to my family and I, upon getting to the front desk he gave us a head nod for us to proceed to the desk ( not professional at all) We did not get a hey how are you, welcome to the Sheraton none of that!!! The response that we got from the associate was” this is how I talk to everyone” If this is the case then the front desk is not where he should be working at all. However, there was a young man Tyquorie I think that is his name that works at the front desk he was very sweet when I went back to the front desk to ask for assistance. 2. We get upstairs to our room and I instantly pull back the sheets and there is hair in the beds and the mattress pads are dirty. To put the icing on the cake the corner of the mattress was disgusting... I did not want my children nor myself and girlfriend laying in that, but all the surrounding hotels were sold out and we were there celebrating my moms birthday. When I approached the housekeepers he got upset with me because I asked for clean bed linens and her response to me was ”I just cleaned the room and she was not gonna change the sheets” this made me even more upset than I already was. The housekeeping supervisor (Kenneth) he was awesome, I showed him what I was talking about and he attempted to get me straight. 3. The room had a 32 inch television that sat in the corner of the dresser 4. When we got into the room we only had 1 wash clothe ( it was 4 of us in that room) I went down too the front desk and asked for 3 towels and 4 wash clothes (at 6 pm) and we never received them. I then called at 7:30 and asked again and did not receive them, the third time I called I was told that they could not give me what i was asking for. Then at 9:30 someone knocked on our door with linens. I work at a hotel and no one should be treated like this at all!! It was really sad honestly. I most likely will be contacting corporate office about this because I know all hotels have a standard and I am pretty sure that this is not acceptable at all. I expected so much more from the Sheraton on the water in Norfolk VA!!!! The sad thing about it is that I was hoping to have a great experience. We did not at all!! Not even worth $243.00 per night

I just returned from a 7 night stay for business. Rooms are well appointed and the beds and bedding are very comfortable. I have stayed at this hotel several times in the past year and the beds are always great. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful. And there is a nice gym. I'd like to thank Breeze for her thoughtful and efficient customer service every morning at breakfast. When I left my credit card at the restaurant on my last day, she ran up 2 flights of stairs to catch me so I wouldn't leave without it. Thanks again!

Questo hotel era assolutamente bellissimo. Da soggiorno, al personale, il brunch, tutto era di alto livello. La posizione è grande, vicino a molti ristoranti e posti di raffreddamento con buone vibrazioni. Sicuramente consigliere e saremo sicuramente tornati. Abbiamo trovato un posto dove stare a Norfolk.

Delta was a new hotel for me, but I was very impressed. The hotel was very clean and appeared to be relatively new in construction. The room was perfect for a quick business trip, and was well maintained. The bed was surprisingly comfortable compared to many of the other hotels that I have stayed in during my business trips. The staff was even able to provide me a microwave for room upon request. The 7th floor has a pantry with snacks and drinks that is accessible to Elite members. Easy access to the highway, and close to WaWa; that might be important to some travelers. The made to order breakfast options were excellent, and the staff was courteous and very helpful. I will definitely try to book here on my next trip to Norfolk.

Dove iniziare ...we prenotato una stanza per 2 adulti e 2 bambini qualche giorno prima del nostro soggiorno direttamente con Hilton per telefono. Quando siamo arrivati sul posto dopo una 16 ore di guida, ci sono stati detto: ”Non siamo sicuri di come è successo, ma non abbiamo la tua stanza”. Cosa? Il nostro email di conferma ha detto che avevamo riservato una stanza per quella notte per 2 ragazze. La donna al desk non aveva alcuna redditività opzioni, a meno che i 4 di noi dormevano insieme in un letto re. Invece di cercare di aiutarci, leale clienti Hilton Recompense, trovare una soluzione o addirittura un altro immobile vicino Hilton per rimanere al, Ci ha detto di andare fuori e chiamare altri hotel o camminare vicino alla porta. Non avevamo altre opzioni che abbiamo fatto, e ha trovato il Comfort Inn vicino con personale utile e un prezzo più economico. E colazione complimentare. Non sono stato deluso solo dal fatto che la nostra prenotazione non è stata rispettata, ma anche dal cattivo trattamento e dalla mancanza di assistenza da parte del desk front. Non ho mai avuto questa esperienza in nessun altro Hilton property. Non mi fermerò mai più qui al capo. Per aggiungere sale alla ferita, abbiamo contattato Hilton, aspettato in trappola, e finalmente abbiamo parlato con un rappresentante e abbiamo aperto un caso #. Dovremmo essere contattati entro 48 ore, ma purtroppo, 8 giorni dopo abbiamo dovuto richiamarci e aspettare ancora in trappola per altri 30+ minuti. A questo punto ci è stato detto che era colpa nostra che la nostra prenotazione fosse stata cancellata perché siamo arrivati tardi. Questo non è mai stato comunicato quando abbiamo effettuato la prenotazione, sul messaggio di conferma, o quando siamo stati rimandati al desktop. in 10 anni e dozzine di prenotazioni, (incluso un 7 giorni prima di Savannah GA) questo non è mai arrivato. In breve ...I consigliere di trovare un altro hotel. A causa della totale mancanza di servizio clienti in questo caso per conto di questa proprietà e Hilton in generale, mi fermerò da ora in poi altrove.

Il direttore generale (Savannah) e il supervisore dell'ufficio di frontiera (Sharon) sono due delle persone più carine che abbia mai incontrato in una proprietà di Marriott. Ho vissuto in un certo numero di proprietà, ma questa proprietà mi resterà per sempre. Alcune proprietà hanno perso la parte ”umana” delle cose e trattano i clienti come $$$, tuttavia, questa proprietà tratta le persone con compassione e cura.Mio padre è diventato malato mentre rimaneva in questa proprietà e ha bisogno di un'ambulanza. In pochi minuti si sono contattati con un'ambulanza e l'hanno portato all'ospedale, e hanno persino cercato di raggiungere i familiari per informarli di ciò che era successo. Possono riuscire a riunire tutti i suoi oggetti dalla stanza e a mettere in un luogo sicuro, e sono stati molto amichevoli ai familiari che sono venuti. per aiutare. La proprietà stessa è molto tranquilla e pulita. Forniscono anche cookie freschi cotti al desk per l'ospite! Così un grande toccamento!! Certamente sarebbe tornato non solo per l'alloggio dell'hotel, ma anche per il personale benvenuto! Pensa a questo un pezzo di Relax durante i vostri viaggi!
