Zentral gelegen
Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in zentraler Lage. Die Kommunikation gestaltete sich sehr zäh. Die Wohnung ist, wie beschrieben, an der ein oder anderen Stelle renovierungsbedürftig. Alles in allem hatten wir eine schöne Zeit.

Gute Lage, Ausstattung u. Kommunikation schwierig
Lage wirklich top, Bett/Matratze sehr gut, Check in über Zahlencode erst kurz vorher u. auf Fragen wird erst nach erneuter Mail geantwortet . Kaputter Sessel/aufgerissenes Leder, Tür vom Eisfach im Kühlschrank rausgebrochen u. nicht mehr vorhanden, dreckiges Geschirr im Schrank, Geschirrspülmaschine scheint defekt zu sein: Geschirr kam nicht sauber raus, mussten wir also per Hand spülen. Schade. Insgesamt müsste hier mal mehr geputzt werden. Betten waren bezogen u. Handtücher lagen bereit, das war prima.

Sehr schöne Zentrale Unterkunft
Es war sehr war eine sehr saubere Unterkunft. Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt. Sehr cool, dass es sehr zentral ist mitten im Zentrum.

Kontakt Gastgeber
Eine reine Katastrophe. Bei dem schwerwiegenden Mangel (Kühlschrank) nicht funktionsfähig keine Reaktion vom Gastgeber. Trotz Nachricht auf AB. Auch Fewo-Direkt hat mich hängen gelassen. Dieses war meine letzte Buchung über Fewo-Direkt.

Sehr schönes kleines appartement für zwei Personen super zentral direkt alles vor der Tür Supermarkt Restaurants und in strandnähe

Könnte besser sein…
Die Lage der Wohnung ist super zentralen und dennoch ruhig.
Zu wünschen übrig lassen jedoch sowohl Sauberkeit als auch Kommunikation. Bedauerlicherweise war die Wohnung bei unserer Ankunft nicht gesäubert. Telefonisch konnten wir niemanden erreichen, jedoch wurde auf unsere schriftliche Nachricht sofort reagiert.

Leider ziemlich „abgewohnt“
Insgesamt ist es ein schönes Appartement in einer super Lage. Allerdings war die Einrichtung sehr „abgewohnt“. Ein zerrissener Sessel und Jalousien, die sich fast auflösen tragen definitiv nicht zum Wohlfühlen bei. Auch das Badezimmer war ungepflegt und von roch sehr nach Urin und faulig.

Ganz Nett
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral aber dennoch ist es sehr ruhig. Restaurants, Geschäfte, Fußgängerzone und Strand sind fußläufig sehr gut zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und alle Gebrauchsgegenstände die man zum kochen benötigt sind vorhanden. Handtücher und Fön sind vorhanden. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieter lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig da sie quasi nicht existiert hat. Die Dusche und der Duschkopf waren sehr dreckig. Wenn man das erste Mal in die Wohnung kommt erschlägt einen der Geruch von altem Holz. Mit der Zeit gewöhnt man sich daran.

Norderney for ever
Das Storchennest in der Ferienschmiede hat Atmosphäre und die Betten sind super gemütlich!
Es wäre nice, wenn die Ausstattung mit Küchenutensilien etwas umfangreicher und schöner wäre, es fehlen Schüsseln, Aufbewahrungsdosen etc. und vor allem große Kaffeetassen! Insgesamt: Gerne wieder! :-)
