UUtente ospiteLa posizione è piuttosto buona, ma altri hotel Ibis sono nel cuore della città per solo pochi chili. Finito di arrivare i taxi a casa di notte, perché ci sono alcune sezioni piuttosto buie, solite sulla strada a casa.
Il servizio è stato eccellente per un hotel così conveniente - il personale ha portato piastrelle extra su richiesta, ferro e tavolo di ferro, sempre sorridendo, gentile e competente.
Nella stanza c'era una finestra piccola, alzata, che faceva sentire buio e caldo. Eravamo al livello 1, le camere da letto più alte sembravano avere finestre migliori.
La materassi era comoda ma non legata o ancorata in- tendeva a surfare lontano dal pannello duro e poi la tua unica coperta si è abbassata tra il divario. Le tue palle erano di merda. Mi sentivo come se dormissi su un pallone d’acqua. Quando ti sei riposata la testa su una sezione, si sarebbe piatta e si sarebbe infiammata l’altra. Abbiamo chiesto un'ulteriore assistenza perché avevo recentemente subito un intervento chirurgico e ne avevo bisogno, e un'ulteriore assistenza è stata fornita, e ho finito usando degli asciugamani per un'ulteriore assistenza, che era meno ideale.
Il bagno era pulito, moderno e ha una doccia molto potente.
Il condizionamento d'aria era FANTASTIC e potente quando era in funzione, ma poi inesplicabilmente si spegnerebbe forse 2/3 volte la notte e il calore ci sveglierebbe, che era vergognoso. Corriamo caldo e come una camera da letto fredda, quindi questo non può essere un interruttore per voi, ma è molto importante per me e ha influenzato la mia qualità del sonno.

EEddyEen goed gelegen hotel, kamers proper en een goed bed. Ideaal voor korte verblijven, of om een vroege oversteek te maken naar Engeland.
Geen mogelijkheid om 's avonds te eten, maar lokaal wel enkele mogelijkheden om te eten.
Jammer genoeg ontbreekt voor mij de mogelijkheid om op de kamer koffie of thee te maken.

No drawers in the room no minibar or fridge, very basic amenities for a 4 star hotel. The shower door in the bath went beyond the bath edge and allow water to go on the floor creating a paddle in the bathroom. The restaurant was a bit of a disappointing experience considering the price to pay for a mediocre dinner. The staff are completely oblivious to guests requests or suggestions. We ordered the deep fried squid and they were just served as finger food, piping hot when I asked for a plate to transfer the squid from a napkin cone with kitchen foil propping the squid to make it look plentiful, I was told tge you have to eat it with your fingers??. Pepper steak that tasted and looked terrible, the steak was cooked to the right temperature however burned on the outside, the so called peppercorn sauce was just a pan wash, no pepper at all, no stock or seasoning, it tasted like water and salt. I had a bottle of red Burgundy that I drink regularly and to my dissatisfaction on tasting the wine it was unbalanced, when I pointed this out to the staff, the wine was taken away somewhere in the back, the waitress then returned to say that her colleague had said that the wine was fine and that decanting it would correct the wine. The decanter was clearly chipped on the rim and I objected and requested at the least a non chipped one. The wine didn’t correct. Apart from the company of my wife and the garden surrounding all the rest was very unlike of what a 4 star hotel’s restaurant should provide. The grounds of the hotel are very relaxing and comfortable,

KKate ThomWe were assigned an accessible junior suite though we didn't request an accessible room.. The bathroom was half finished and the wiring was not completed with the switches for the separate toilet and bath located in the doorway. There were signs pasted on the door to the toilet and the door to the shower stating that the hotel offered its apologies for the inconvenience! There was a workman's support pole found under the sinks which had to be removed by the technician when we complained. There was not a single hook, clothes stand, towel rack or rail anywhere in the bathroom, toilet or room. The hotel staff explained that they would send a technician a second time to drill hooks in the bathroom, we didn't bother since we were staying only 2 nights and didn't want the dust. The shower glass in the shower stall could not contain water within the stall and the floor became wet after we showered.
Location wise the hotel is perfect and the staff were polite. Breakfast was a mix of hot cooked food and the usual cold cuts, cheeses, breads, yoghurt, fruits and juices. The breakfast room changes to a bar at night which serves affordable and nice cocktails.

However, when I asked them to help keep my luggage, they just opened a room door for me and asked me to put my luggage by myself, and when I wanted to get back my luggage, they asked me to take it on my own without even looking at what I was doing. I think they should at least give out a tag or something and mark down our luggage, what if someone comes in and steal the luggage?

UUtente ospiteGrande per un paio di notti di soggiorno. Centrale a tutto la spiaggia e la città. Prenotamo una camera superiore che era moderna e pulita ma un po' piccola. Il bagno era funzionale e pulito ma ancora una volta molto piccolo. Il personale, dalle pulizie alle ricette, è molto amichevole e utile.

UUtente ospiteIt is a very nice hotel, but my stay was ruined. The hotel had decided to have a DJ blast music from one of the hotel rooms to celebrate festivities in Lille that weekend. The DJ was blasting music through an open window to the street below at exceptionally high volume levels. My room was above the DJ. The music shook the room, it was impossible for us to stay in the room. It was a lovely room but it wasn't fit for purpose, and should not have been hired out to guests when the hotel had arranged for a DJ to be creating that level of noise below them. I arrived at the hotel after a 15 hour journey, desperate for rest before going out to meet friends in the evening. Rest was simply impossible in the room. As a result my evening out was also ruined. At the very least a hotel needs to provide a quite relaxing room for guests, this wasn't done. I would advise you to consider other options available before considering this hotel.

UUtente ospiteSalve I'm very happy first of all the location is fantastic, the room was extremely clean, clean bed, clean cooking area , microwave was very clean the refrigerator as well toilet was clean , Ho sentito a casa, non sono andato a ristoranti, sto cucinando il mio cibo che è eccellente, il supermercato è solo intorno all'angolo dell'hotel, e il grande centro commerciale Eurasia Lille è solo intorno all'eccellente posizione per qualcuno che vuole risparmiare denaro su trasporto, un'altra cosa sia la stazione Lille Europe e Lille Flandre è solo intorno all'angolo, è una passeggiata, tutto è proprio vicino l'uno all'altro , Io sicuramente tornerò a visitare Lille di nuovo e soggiornare in hotel, buona cura dei clienti eccellente comunicazione, tutti i membri del personale possono parlare diverse lingue che è eccellente, grazie soggiorno Lille affaires apart hotel vi vediamo la prossima volta Grazie
