Hotel a Nootdorp, Paesi Bassi

Prima leggi tutte le recensioni cattive su questo hotel ma non abbiamo fatto niente di attraente & prenotato una stanza. Poiché l'edificio è probabilmente un ex cassetto, potevi vedere con quali mezzi si è cercato di dare un bel look. E questo è stato possibile! La stanza era molto spaziosa, molto pulita & aveva un look moderno. L'unico punto di debolezza è che non c'era TV (per la musica) e nessuna sedia. Al contrario, potresti stare bene nel pannello a finestra. Una colazione di lusso era vendibile al ristorante per €12. Tutti con un'esperienza molto positiva!

I am solo so the little room I got was perfect. 100 € a night so stayed two nights. They don’t have parking but the garage across the street is large, clean and safe. 20€ night but they’ll stamp it to give a little discount. I was literally in the heart of everything I wanted to see. I was a block from that famous view with the canal and tilted church Vermeer painted and the market square. Staff was awesome and helpful which includes the front desk and the breakfast staff. My only negative is even with the window closed I could still hear people laughing and walking by hotel which is a common path for people/bikes. Bring earplugs. Breakfast wasn’t the best and I’m really glad I didn’t pay the full 20€. It ended up being about 10 each day because it was “ included” in price which I paid 20 extra for 2 days. If you want convenience go for it but if you have time just get breakfast at one of the many restaurants within 1-2 blocks. Overall I am very happy with my stay. Thank you! For readers, room is not fixed up for photos, sorry but lazy and you don’t know me ;)

Great hotel, nice employee, fantastic service, phenomenal experience. I stayed there with a friend for a week, each day we left the hotel at the morning/noon before 11 am. Afterwards we got a cleaned room with new bathtubs and also the kitchen was refilled. The personal was cool. Would like to stay a bit longer

4* hotel, sicuramente VWB le camere rinnovate. Sempre piacevole vedere membri del personale conosciuto, dà anche un ”casa” ? senso. Soprattutto il colazione personale di domenica. Colazione è buona, sufficiente , ampio scelta. Buoni letti. E 'ancora un piacevole hotel. Ripetibile per la riproduzione.

When we arrived the reception was empty. There was not even a welcome drink in the room. The cleanliness of the hotel in general and the room in particular left a lot to be desired. Nothing you would expect from a 5 star hotel.The room was horribly decorated. The rug under the bed was completely crooked, and a wooden lamp that almost pierced my eyes twice. Over the bed there was a button that said do not disturb with a night light so bright it was impossible to sleep well. The bedroom furniture was old and chipped.The bathtub had one of the faucets broken.The hotstone massage was one of the worst ever. Impossible to relax when the masseuse tries to make conversation and makes so much noise with the stones that it is impossible to relax even 1 min. The pool was okay. The rest of the SPA we did not try.We booked dinner at reception but when we arrived at the restaurant there was no reservation. The rest was across the street from the hotel, very uncomfortable having to go out to dinner in another building, especially on a cold and rainy day. But the worst was yet to come. We asked if it would be possible to make a bowl of rice or pasta for our 3 year old daughter but they refused. What restaurant, much more than 5 stars, refuses to make a simple rice for a child? Neither the poorest restaurant nor a 3 star hotel. Then we ordered fondue for two. When the waitress brought us the food came a plate with 5 small pieces of grilled meat and a tiny bowl of fries. When we said that it was not what we had ordered, but the fondue, they told us that the restaurant no longer made fondue. But then why was it on the menu? Why didn't the employee who served us the first time inform us that there was no fondue? As the dish that came was very little food for 2 adults and 1 child, we ordered another steak. Waiting another 30 min. When the waitress came with the plate, she dumped the fries all over the floor. We had to wait a little longer for the fries.The steak was good but for 30€ you expected a little more than 5 tiny strips of meat and a small bowl of pre-fried supermarket potatoes. Needless to say, our 3 year old daughter ate very poorly.Definitely untrained and very unfriendly staff.Breakfast was mediocre for a 5 star hotel. Breakfast at the level of a 2 star pension. 5 star hotel has absolutely nothing. At most 3 stars and already very forced. In the end they wanted to charge us 15€ for the car park when the reservation we made on booking.com said that the car park was free. As we complained about the bad service they did, they decided to withdraw the 15€ from the final bill and the two tonic waters we drank for dinner. Hotel not recommendable at all.

We booked the Comfort Deluxe room and it worked out well. This room had a shower only which was what we wanted. The room was modern and well laid out. It was very clean except that the floors were pretty dusty. The hotel was easy to get to off of the expressway. The free parking was the biggest bonus of this hotel and the main reason we chose it. This definitely feels like a business persons hotel. Every time we came through the lobby there were a lot of very professionally dressed people. We were there during the week so it might be different on the weekends. We definitely stood out as tourists.

Il servizio è amichevole e utile. Il colazione è buono, anche se mi aspettavo di più di una cucina asiatica. La parte migliore di questo hotel è che Race Planet sia proprio l'opposto che offre un'esperienza unica nel nostro soggiorno nel delfino. In generale l'hotel può migliorare la pulizia e ottenere regolari piastrelle di dimensioni per il letto invece di quelli attuali. Raccomanderò questo hotel perché posso sentire la dedizione del personale e l'atteggiamento di servizio rapido. Oh, sì, è anche un breve viaggio verso il ponte di trazione dove ammiravamo il risalto del sole.

Come indicato dal titolo, il servizio è molto buono, il personale è amichevole e l'igiene nelle camere è molto buono, tutto è bene pulito e pulito. Purtroppo, le pareti e i tetti sembrano di cartone. L'hotel è così terribile! Abbiamo avuto un certo numero di donne che amavano essere ancora attive durante la notte e camminare da camera a camera, tutta la notte ... Anche i vicini superiori hanno trovato necessario riconstruire la loro stanza nel mezzo della notte. Ciò ha portato a poco sonno per noi, e anche dopo aver segnalato le donne e la ricezione non è stato preso in considerazione molto. Abbiamo dormito due notti molto turbolenti, mentre eravamo li' per il lavoro e quindi non avevamo la libertà di dormire. In un hotel si paga per un buon riposo, allora le pareti devono poter fiorire qualcosa. Non abbiamo avuto una buona notte, quindi non torneremo più.

L'ambiente è buono, molto pulito, proprio accanto alla stazione ferroviaria, il personale dell'hotel è molto bello, e più dolce è che non c'è una serratura calda, ma l'hotel europeo non ha fondamentalmente una serratura calda

Sono rimasto solo per qualche giorno, ma immediatamente mi sono sentito coinvolto nell'atmosfera sociale del Hub! La stanza era accogliente e accogliente, molto pulita e tranquilla. I locali comuni sono grandi, il cibo e le bevande sono bellissimi e sempre serviti con un sorriso. Vorrei davvero poter rimanere più e godere pienamente degli eventi e degli spazi sociali!
