เข้าพักครั้งแรกค่อนข้างเข้าไปยาก,เพราะไปแท๊กซี่ก็ไม่คุ้นทาง,แต่เจ้าของตึกบริการดี,ขี่มอเตอร์ไซค์ออกมาโบกแท็กซี่,ข้อดีที่2คือเข้าได้ตอน12:00ได้ปกติที่อื่นเข้าพักได้14:00. ในห้องพักมีน้ำดื่ม,กาแฟ,ชาบริการฟรี,อันอื่นเบียร์( มีค่าบริการ)ได้ห้องพักชั้น8 มีเสียงหน้าต่างดังแทบทั้งคืน,ไม่แน่ใจดังจากสาเหตุอะไรนะคะ? ลุกไปดู2ครั้งก็ไม่มีอะไร! แต่เสียงดังคล้ายมึคนกระชากค่ะ,แต่ชั้น8!ใครจะขึ้นไปเกาะขอบหน้าต่าง?เราไม่มีรถไป,ก็มีพนักงานขับรถออกมาส่งปากซอย,ถ้าไม่นับหน้าต่างเสียงดัง,และกลิ่นห้องอับ! กับราคานี้ก็ไม่เลวร้ายนะคะ

ที่พักสะอาด กว้าง สะดวกสบาย มีร้านข้าวกับร้านขายของอยู่ใกล้ๆ เป็นที่พักที่น่าสนใจมาก

เหมือนเค้าเจรียมพร้อมทุกอย่าง อะครับ ในห้องมีทุกอย่างเตรียมไว้แล้ว ก็เข้ามาอยุ่ได้เลย ราคาเบาๆ แต่ก็ดีที่เค้าเจรียมทั้งขนม มาม่า ชา กาแฟ ให้เราไว้หมดแล้ว ไม่รู้อะ รุสึกว่า ดี

เนื่องจากที่พักอยู่ในซอยลึกแต่ที่พักมีบริการรถไปส่งหน้าปากซอย มีลิฟต์ให้ ไฟในห้องบางห้องสว่างน้อย บางห้องแอร์ไม่เย็น มีบริการน้ำอุ่นและน้ำร้อน ไมโครเวฟ พนักงานบริการดี มีที่จอดรถ มีระเบียงไว้ตากผ้า

A friendly and bargain place to stay very convenient for Central Road Pattaya with its baht buses 5 minutes walk away. Some of the rooms and equipment are in need of updating or replacing but at the price for a single traveller hard to beat. I have revisited after a 3 night trip to Rayong. Less than 100 metres down the road there is quick and efficient laundry service and good massage shop. I think the previous posters thought they were reviewing the Garden Place in Bangkok not this one in Pattaya
