Il sistema di gestione e di servizio è molto povero. Il problema che ho trovato - Abbiamo migliorato la stanza, paga + + incluso il colazione. Il personale ha dimenticato di aggiornare le informazioni. causando problemi quando andiamo a colazione - Il personale di fronte non ha chiaramente informato i dettagli, chiedendo dove mangiare colazione, ha detto che ho mangiato un altro edificio, ma non ha detto che l’altro edificio era al undicesimo piano, causando confusione. - Dopo colazione entrerà nella stanza delle carte chiave ha problemi non entrerà nella stanza Purtroppo, l'hotel è vecchio, ma si mantenga pulito.Buona posizione Vista vicino al fiume Ma trovato questo tipo di servizio, per favore.

Troppo vecchio.Il personale era bello.Non così pulito.Il deposito doveva essere in contanti.Quindi era un po'di problemi.

I have stayed here before in 2019, and was very pleased to return in 2023. The hotel is very good value. All the staff are very helpful, and I was helped by Lucky when I had to copy important data from a CD. The food is very good, with a really big choice for breakfast. I am a bit fussy about food, but no difficulty finding what I liked. The room service food is also good. Everywhere is very clean, and I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to a friend. Another very important thing for me , is that the MRT station is only a few metres away. There is a bridge to cross the road making access easy and safe. There is a supermarket nearby. Big thank you to all the staff.

The hotel is well situated for public transport and getting around the city, with good parking and attentive security, and friendly staff members. The rooms are well-organized and comfortable with all the mod cons. I especially like the Nespresso coffee unit. Good Food & Beverage offerings especially the breakfast in their welcoming restaurant and bar a great way to start the day. It even has a handy co-working space for when you are on the go. Nice swimming pool, gym, and kids’ room. Not forgetting the rooftop bar with outstanding views of the city. I highly recommend the Oakwood Suites Tiwanon as your second home away from home.
