Hotel a 3 stelle a Noisy-le-Grand

As an 11 year old in 2019, i went that year in April to Disneyland Paris but my family stayed in this hotel the night before. This hotel was fairly good, nice beds, room for everyone, good views, and a nice restaurant/cafe in the lobby area. Now i have to say it definitely wasn't the best hotel i have ever stayed in but the prices are cheap, and was a good lead up to the Disney trip. Customer service wasn't bad at all, but overall the hotel could do with some improvements. Now in 2022 as an almost 14 year old, i will be staying at the same hotel in the way i did last time (the night before the trip) on the 29th on May, and we may be staying after our Disney trip too for an extra day in Paris on the 1st of June night. Fingers crossed it will be as nice as it was 3 years ago!! :)

I’m going to do my best to give this a honest review- Both the Good & the bad. So here goes… My husband and my self stayed here for 3 nights from Monday 25th September- Thursday 28th September whilst visiting Disney land Paris Upon arriving at the hotel my first impressions were that it was a lot bigger than what I first imagined it to be. On the pictures the building looked quite small. On entering the hotel the staff were friendly and pleasant. They could speak both English and French which was helpful. The hotel was clean spacious and Tidy. The rooms also were very spacious- Basic but Clean and spacious. The toilet/ shower again was large and spacious. The bathroom was actually a wet room with a disabled chair on the wall so would be suitable for a disabled person. Personally I slept well throughout my stay & the bed was comfy despite a few missing slats but there wasn’t enough pillows on the bed We only had 1 small pillow each to sleep on which I managed to make the most of. However if you wanted to sit up in bed say to read or go on your phone it was very uncomfortable because your back was pressed against a hard wall. The next day we were up early and out at the crack of Dawn as we had a Disney land trip to take. We did not return back to the hotel until late. We returned back to discover the room had Not been cleaned or replenished. We realised it must have been because we forgot to put the sign on the door. Day 2 we left the hotel again early to get to Disney land & yet again returned back to the Hotel late on again to discover The room had not been cleaned for a second time even though we put the sign on the door giving the housekeepers the OK to do so- Only this time on returning we had No clean Towels. Hardly any Toilet Roll and 2 bins that were overflowing with Rubbish. My husband went down to reception and asked why our room had not been cleaned. The person on reception told him we was not entitled to it as we were only classed as a short stay. If we wanted our room cleaning we had to pay 9€ per day We we’re pretty shocked by this because we had just paid £379 to stay here which I know is not the most unreasonable but you still expect some service in with that price. I would have given this hotel a “good” rating however due to the lack of service it’s getting a poor. I don’t know how a hotel can expect 2 adults for 3 Nights & 4 days to survive of 1 bath Towel & 1 hand each And 1 toilet Roll for 3 days. Our condiment Tub was not filled on arrival there was no milk and a shortage of Tbags lucky for my I had brought my own but my husband was not able to have a coffee in the morning. Overall the stay was ok- The location was ok- But the service was poor- There is definitely room for improvements

I comfort includono accessori per la preparazione di caffè/tè e lavatrici, mentre le pulizie sono eseguite servizio di pulizie su richiesta.

Super bel hotel in un campus studentesco co-vivere. Molto tranquillo e camere piacevoli e spaziamente attrezzate. accanto all'hotel si trova un grande centro commerciale e stazione di metro. Entro 25 minuti a Disney! La colazione era ben curata, un solo punto di attenzione è che ci sono pochissime polveri sopra negli angoli della stanza. I massimali sono molto elevati, ma comunque la palla di rage può passare una volta

Ho pernottato presso questa struttura dal 31 ottobre al 3 novembre, con mia sorella e mio fratello e ci siamo trovati molo bene. Siamo stati accolti con tanta calorosità durante la notte, dopo aver passato metà notte di terrore presso un appartamento che abbiamo subito abbandonato. il receptionist a corrente dell’accaduto, durante il soggiorno ha cercato di rendere mio fratello di 10 anni felice con piccoli gesti; la struttura dispone di un “saletta giochi” dove trovate un tavolo per ping pong dove appunto passavamo le serate. Camera accogliente, pulita e struttura molto sicura. Qualità prezzo ottimo

Ci sono voluti quasi 40 minuti per fare il check-in poiché non manca nessuno alla reception. Abbiamo chiamato utilizzando la macchina per il check-in automatico e ci hanno informato di aspettare il personale della reception. Le camere erano piccole e antiquate. La colazione era molto semplice e ok. Positivo è che ottieni un parcheggio gratuito e vicino alla stazione.

Dunque, da dove cominciamo? Le foto fornite su booking erano ingannevoli. Abbiamo chiesto (come precisato da booking) una camera con letto matrimoniale (NON alla francese) più un terzo letto singolo. E invece ci siamo ritrovati un letto alla francese e senza letto singolo. Solo dopo varie proteste abbiamo ottenuto il cambio con una camera con due letti singoli (minuscoli) ed un terzo leto singolo che però era a castello, e non parallelo agli altri come nelle foto. La camera di 12 metri quadrati prevista per 3 persone dovrebbe semplicemente essere illegale! In doccia non riuscivo a lavarmi i piedi perché se mi piegavo colpivo il rubinetto e l'acqua da bollente diventava gelida. Struttura molto vecchia e a tratti fatiscente. Il parcheggio fornito è all'aperto, di notte totalmente al buio in una regione di per sé per nulla sicura. La colazione è forse l'unica cosa che merita la sufficienza. 7 su 10. Buonissimi i croissant e gli yogurt, le marmellate nel vasone non mi è ancora chiaro a che gusto fossero e comunque non erano di grande qualità. L'igiene del vasono a cui tutti attingono, poi, lasciamo perdere. Ciononostante ripeto, salvo alcuni punti da migliorare la colazione a volontà è la nota positiva di questa struttura. Vicino, tutto sommato, a DIsneyland.
