I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory, and i hope my feedback will be taken constructively to improve your services. 1. Overall experience: my overall experience was very poor during my stay. 2. Food quality: the quality of the food provided was below average and did not meet my expectations. 3. Limited food and drink options: i found that there were very few options available in terms of food and drink. 4. Billing issues: i encountered difficulties when trying to split or share the food bill. 5. Breakfast service: due to a gas shortage, i was unable to have breakfast during my stay, which was quite inconvenient. 6. Lockout incident: there was an issue with the door lock after 10 pm, and i had to wait outside for 15 minutes, which was frustrating and concerning. 7. Staffing concerns: it appeared that only three staff members were handling all the operations, which impacted the efficiency and service quality. 8. Overall satisfaction: this was an extremely disappointing experience for me. I hope you take these points into consideration to enhance the quality of services provided by your hotel. I believe addressing these issues will contribute positively to the satisfaction of your guests in the future.
