Le Village de la Champagne - Slowmoov

Another fantastic stay! We have used this site 3 times as a stopover on our travels and we love it! The quirky accommodation, pool, play areas and equipment but most of all the chilled vibe. And the baguettes delivered to your door are delicious! We will be back without a doubt and hopefully for longer next time!

We really enjoyed this campsite as a stopover to lake Annecy and a visit to Nigloland which was fab. The rulotte was cute and comfortable, enjoyed the private outside space. Campsite felt safe and my boys enjoyed being able to pop to the trampolines whilst we enjoyed a drink on the bar terrace. Swimming pool was warm and a hit too! Delivery breakfast seemed expensive but there was loads and lasted us a couple of days. Would definitely use again.

Perfect place to stay on a trip to France : a nice and warm swimming pool, friendly staff for uncommon small houses! thr whole thing located in Champagne , beautiful place! Nigloland is nearby and a lot of wine cellears to visit : lots of fun for kids and for parents as well!

We liked the quirky accommodation, it has everything you need, although self catering is limited as there is just a microwave. Caravan format was nice, all clean, but felt dated and the steps needed replacing. Office had a cafe, so breakfast was good (apart from the coffee). Overall good value and an ideal stop for a roadtrip south.

It was different that a basic hotel room, an experience for my grandchildren who loved it

Travelling with two kids and my wife, we enjoyed this location immensely. The reception lady was friendly and tolerant of my awful french. The location is pretty and great for kids with a pool, mini farm and activities on site. We stayed in a caravan which was snug and warm with a heater left on for us. They even offered to upgrade us so we had a kitchen, which was nice. Would return again.

Fabulous site for an overnight stop. We stopped here on the way down and back up from the Alps. We stayed in the trapper cabin both times. Clean tidy and a lovely veranda to sit out on. Great small site with bikes to play on, some animals, pool and play area great for the kids post and pre long drive. Would definitely stay again in fact looking at staying longer to explore the area.

Very friendly welcome and the site itself was a great place to stay. Safe for the kids and lots of things to do. The caravan was comfortable and spacious and it was nice to wake up to birdsong and trees! Very close to Nigloland where we spent two days.

Für Familien mit Kindern ist dieses Feriendorf mit Hütten jeder erdenklichen Art sicher eine gute Sache. Als Übernachtungsort von zwei Veloreisenden waren unsere Erfahrungen durchmischt. Dies begann damit, dass wir das «Village» mitten in einem Wohngebiet fanden und nicht ausserhalb des Städtchens, wie erwartet. Die unübersichtliche Website enthält keinen Plan, der die Lage zeigt. Die kleine «Troll»-Hütte und die geteilten Nasszellen waren soweit ok. Nach einem langen Velotag gönnten wir uns als Erstes für recht stolze 45 Euro eine Stunde Sauna mit Whirlpool. Schade nur, dass wir in der Sauna nicht wirklich ins Schwitzen kamen, bei schätzungsweise 50 Grad war Schluss. So vermissten wir auch die fehlende Dusche zum Abkühlen nicht. Nicht begeistern konnte uns auch das Verpflegungskonzept. Ein Henkelkorb mit Vorspeise, Hauptgang zum Erwärmen und Dessert, jeder Gang in ein einem Weckglas: sieht hübsch aus, überzeugte aber geschmacklich nicht. Der Gemeinschaftsraum mit Mikrowelle versprühte den Charme einer schlechteren Bauarbeiterkantine. Sehr zufriedenstellen dagegen vor der Weiterreise das reichhaltige Frühstücksbuffet in einem netten Raum hinter der Réception.
