Iberostar Herceg Novi - All Inclusive

It is an all inclusive hotel and they are not mean. The quality of food and drinks are better than expected. Worth the stay.

We just had the most amazing family holiday at Iberostar in Monte*****. The hotel was clean, and the rooms are attended to everyday. The food consisted of a decent variety, with as much fresh fish and meat cooked for you to your liking. And as for the hotel staff, they really make the experience A class! Everyone and I mean everyone from the house keeper, receptionists, to the bar staff, restaurant workers and the animation team. We were consistently greeted with a smile and a warm welcome by everyone, and they were absolutely amazing with my two little ones. My daughter was old enough to join in with some activities at the Kids Club and she enjoyed those. As a family we joined Valentina on a scenic walk to a beautiful iew spot and I also did some activities solo. There's always something going on. We also enjoyed a couple of days by the pool and on the private hotel beach. The water is gentle and easy enough to enter. I felt at ease letting my two play and dip their toes in the sea. The views are stunning. Day trips out can easily be arranged as there's always someone there (Bobita was great) to sort. The hotel is definitely tricky for people not able to climb stairs, other than that I highly recommend this for a family destination in the sun! Thank you to all the workers there, you're really doing a great job for your guests. Special thanks to: entertaining and brilliant work with the kids: Valentina, Kate and Bobita. In the restaurant Aldo, Tijana, Mirko, Vuk and Semir and on reception Vanja who was always available to help and helped a lot. Not forgetting my favourite bar server, Ruslan, who made me the best cocktails!

The restaurant is filthy. The placemats are stained and ingrained. The black table pedestals are disgusting, covered in old food debris. The windows are filthy on the inside. The upholstered benches stained. The coffee cheap and nasty. The yoghurt watered down. Lovely to be greeted with a welcome drink at dinner time but I would sooner you concentrated on basic hygiene standards.

Just got back from 10 days at Iberostar and had such an amazing time. I cannot fault anything, the rooms were clean and of a decent size. The reception staff were friendly and helpful throughout. The food was plentiful and varied. And the drinks were delicious and free flowing. Thank you to all the staff for making my 30th perfect, with a special mention to Katya, who had such an amazing way with the kids in star camp that they asked when they could go back. They were excited to see her later in the evening at the disco and she made sure we all had a good night. Will definitely be back again soon.

My mum and I returned from here last week. We were wanting a short quiet holiday and we loved it here. The hotel was spotless and rooms given a thorough clean daily by house keeping. We found all the staff to be very helpful and never too busy to stop and say hello pr offer help. Food in the restaurant was good and I think everyone would find something to eat. The themed nights were good. Believe the reviews about the steps- we counted 96 (3flights) from the restaurant under the pool back to our room in the Stella building, fine for us but anyone with mobility issues may struggle. The hotel is versatile and gives the option for a quiet poolside holiday, or lounge on the beach and their private beach. Fantastic. We took the water taxi across the bay one day, took 10mins to get across and we were lucky enough to see dolphins on our journey. We also did a guided tour one day, the one we wanted to do wasn't running due to low numbers so we went on another not quite sure what to expect but it was brilliant day out. There is no shop on sight but 200metres down the street there is a wee convience shop and the staff were very friendly. My only complaint was there was nowhere closer than the pool bar to get a drink to take back to our room in the evening but we managed. We would go back.

We just visited here for our honeymoon and it was amazing! We did days out and actually relaxed too. The location is so picturesque, the food was amazing and staff are so friendly. The only downsides were, we did the blue cave boat trip but we never got to go in the cave (as seen in pics) but I think the water was too choppy and the spa was very expensive. Other than that, 100% recommend

Where to start honestly! Me and my friend have recently come back from our stay at this hotel and are looking at booking again for next year! From start to finish are stay was so incredible and relaxing. The food was amazing with such a good variety and choices for everyone(plenty of vegetarian options). The welcome drinks every evening at dinner was such a special touch. The bartender at the pool side bar was amazing at making the drinks and would also be waiting with a welcoming smile Our room was kept immaculate by the cleaners and no corner was left untouched! All around the hotel was kept to an extremely high standard, from people working on the gardens, to maintenance work to the welcoming smiles and hellos from all the staff! The taxi boat ride over to Herceg Novi town is a must do and such an excellent excursion to complete. I also highly recommend the day trip to Dubrovnik that you can book through the hotel. Lastly the entertainment team, where do I start! From Nicholas walking round the pool side to get you involved. To everyone in the evenings getting you up and moving. A MASSIVE shout out to Kate, who encouraged me and my friend to step out of our comfort zones and made us feel so included and special, thankyou! It was so lovely speaking to you all and finding out what you guys recommended also! Overall this had to be one of the best holidays and hotels that I have ever stayed at and would highly recommend it to anybody!

We had such a good time we did not want to come home. This is our last night and i can honestly say every person who works here is soo friendly ,hardworking and always make time for everyone. Thank you ..u are all special. A few mentions....... Valentina from Argentina !!....we loved our walk and the conversations.. you made time for all on the walk and took our pictures ... such a lovely girl ... Lucas was shy and you and kate and all the entertainment crew made time for him everyday making him more confident Zuk in the restaurant you made Lucas's holiday .. you looked after him and us every night ... he speaks about you all the time ! The hotel is amazing .. food is lovely ,fresh and so varied. Views amazing. I had no storage left i took soo many pics of the scenery here. Beaches lovely We will be back ! Michelle ,james and Lucas

All the entertainment team were brilliant, so friendly and got everyone involved! Valentina was amazing! So bubbly and did a great guided walk and yoga class. Always getting everyone dancing! Sario and Nicholas were both great with pool side games of many kinds! Bar and restaurant staff were keen to please, especially Justin at the pool bar. Everywhere was kept clean and tidy. One of the best all inclusive holidays I have been on! Hardly any limits on what is included in terms of drinks. Only thing I would recommend is some proper English breakfast tea bags and some better pool side snacks, but that is me being fussy! They even had alternative milks for brekkie! And a shop just down the street. Great cafe only a short walk away too (called holiday cafe). Would love to come back soon x
