The Japanese house built in the 40's of the Showa era has been beautifully renovated while retaining the good old atmosphere. We use natural materials as much as possible to take measures against sick house syndrome. In the living room, there is a projector and a whiteboard on a large screen, and projection is possible even on the 2nd floor (12 tatami mats free space). It is a comfortable internet environment with Nuro optical line. You can enjoy a homemade dinner party as we have all the cooking utensils and tableware. In the lawn garden, you can have a garden set and barbecue or cook wood in a pizza kiln (optional fee not included). Seven-Eleven (50m), 24-hour supermarket Seiyu (700m), and restaurants are also abundant. 1 minute from Odawara Atsugi Road / Ninomiya Interchange, 5 minutes from Seisho Bypass / Ninomiya Exit.
