Hotel in zona Tượng đài Đinh Tiên Hoàng, Ninh Bình

We had one of our best hotel stays ever here (August 2022, sorry for the late review). It started when we booked the room in the wrong month. Fortunately, there was still a room available when we arrived and the owner was totally forthcoming and changed our booking immediately, offering us even an upgraded room for the same price. The hotel is in a great location, the rooms are very clean, the breakfast is homemade and of high quality. When we wanted to hire a scooter, we asked the owner and within ten minutes a scooter was waiting for us. On the day of our departure, we were able to deposit our luggage, shower again in the evening, and then the owner even drove us to the railway station. He refused the tip we wanted to give him. We can recommend a stay 100%, thank you very much for the great time and the exceptional service and hospitality.

10/10 Detailed review from an American. Room: clean, modern, upscale. Western-style furniture. Spacious beds. Nice furniture, free toothbrushes and combs, lovely bathroom facilities. Noise level: PEACEFUL and QUIET! Relaxing, if you want to escape the city noise. It is the countryside after all. You can see water buffalo herds in the fields nearby if you take a walk outside the hotel. I can watch them from my hotel window. Staff and service: AMAZING! So friendly and helpful and honest hardworking staff. Won't cheat or scam. Use google translate if needed. Honestly the staff made our stay so good we extended the stay an extra day. Ask them for local recommendations (they don't get a kickback from any recommendations so its all genuine) Food: RECOMMENDED! Especially for travelers afraid of getting food poisoning or upset stomach from street food. Restaurant quality, home-cooked/cooked-to-order meal. Clean kitchen facility. Good prices, cheap. Made with love, the manager herself cooked a lot of the meals for us and they were delicious (for reference, im vietnamese-american so in my humble opinion, the authenticity is excellent and pleasing to a western palate as well. Personal Recommendation: Want a nice dinner thats still authentic? Order your food and eat outdoors in the cool of the evening, try the barbeque-it-yourself beef and goat. Delicious, hand-marinated quality beef cuts and goat, and they give you a little tabletop BBQ pit for you to bbq your meat just how you like it. Order some side dishes and its a great and fun family meal. If you want to and the staff aren't busy, they can bbq it for you if you want, but I think its fun to do it yourself. The location is out in the countryside but don't be alarmed because the hotel is a short drive from the main city center and tourist spots. The bad: - The beer is warm lol. They should refrigerate it. - Tip: if you ask for ”wine”, note that its vietnamese hard liquor, not the western understanding of wine (grapes). - There's a stupid rooster nearby from one of the local farms and it likes to crow all day. If you stay in the downstairs rooms you might be able to hear it, but if you stay in the upper floors you can't hear it. Would stay again.

Abbiamo prenotato un viaggio di una settimana con il signor Truong. Era solo incredibile e lo consigliamo molto. Abbiamo visto bellissimi luoghi al nord dove potremmo vivere avventure locali lontano dai luoghi turistici. Ha organizzato per noi un guida francese che era sorprendente. Trung è un buon conducente, una persona flessibile e intelligente. Ha anche trovato una soluzione per noi per evitare il tifono. Ci siamo trasferiti tre notti in casa sua amichevole e tutto era perfetto (camera pulita, pasti deliziosi e bella atmosfera). Grazie ancora, onorevole Truong e alla famiglia, per aver reso il nostro viaggio inoltrabile.

The valley where the accommodation is is amazing. We loved our bungalow and the swimming pool was really nice, you could have a bath in the middle of nature. The environment is very peaceful and relax. The breakfast was very local and reasonably varied. The dinners were very nice too, although I wouldn't recommend the boiled goat as ir was made out of the skin of the goat rather than the meat... not definitely the best goat we tried in Ninh Binh.

Albergo molto tranquillo, con una bella piscina. Nel ristorante del sito con un buon menu, tra cui cibo vegetariano. I proprietari organizzano un conducente per portarci anche alle principali vite, con un itinerario dettagliato per assicurarsi che abbiamo fatto il meglio del nostro tempo.

immerso nel verde e lontano dal caos, ci è piaciuto moltissimo; bungalow ampi e puliti bagno altrettanto, mette a disposizione bicilette (in pessime condizioni) gratuitamente, scooter in buone condizioni a un prezzo ragionevole (100k dong/giorno, benzina esclusa), consiglio lo scooter perché le distanze sono notevoli e le strade ampie e tranquille, siamo lontani dal caos delle città, quindi è molto facile guidare. La signora parla poco inglese ma in modo molto efficace, e può aiutare a organizzare e prenotare escursioni di vario genere. Noi ci siamo affidati a lei per il trasferimento da lì a Hanoi, tutto perfetto

Tam Ha (uno dei membri del personale) ci aveva aiutato durante il nostro soggiorno. Facile da comunicare. Ci siamo arrivati all'hotel circa le 7:00 e ci hanno lasciato riposare nella sala di massaggio mentre aspettava l'orario di check-in (2pm). A 10:00 - stanza era pronta per l'iscrizione. Ha anche aggiornato la nostra stanza e così abbiamo avuto un bagno 🥰. Ci hanno prestato un vaporizzatore per i nostri vestiti. Biciclette disponibili per andare in giro in città (gratuito) e motociclette disponibili per noleggio a 60k dong per mezzo giorno. Hanno anche avuto così tanti servizi che purtroppo non avevamo tempo di sperimentare.Abbiamo provato il tempo del te complimentare e è stato bello a hv un chat al tetto con una vista così perfetta. Mi consiglierei questo hotel. Servizio 5 stelle ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Tam Ha è venuto anche personalmente alla nostra stanza per controllare noi, in modo che non ci sia perso il nostro volo il giorno del check-out. Gli altri impiegati erano anche amici e gentili, ci hanno aiutati immediatamente. Il tecnico ha aiutato a riparare il telefono della stanza e portare il bagaglio. Tutto andava bene e questo aveva contribuito al nostro grande tempo a Ninh Binh.

Das Emeralda Resort Tam Coc hat die allerbeste Lage für Bootstouren Tam Coc (um die Ecke) und von Trang an. Wunderschön gelegen und umgeben von Bergen und dem Fluss! Das Deluxe Zimmer ist wundervoll und der Pool großartig und sehr sauber!

I had the pleasure of staying at Tam Coc Garden Resort, and it was truly like stepping into a dream. The bungalows are beautifully designed, blending seamlessly with the stunning natural surroundings. Every detail of the property feels thoughtfully curated to offer both comfort and serenity. The staff were exceptional, providing warm and attentive service from the moment we arrived. They went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. The restaurant serves absolutely delicious food, showcasing local flavors in dishes that were both authentic and refined. The pool area is an oasis of calm, and the spa services were top-notch — offering a perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring the nearby attractions. Every aspect of this resort exceeded my expectations, from the peaceful ambiance to the impeccable service. Tam Coc Garden Resort is more than just a place to stay; it’s a retreat for the soul. I can’t recommend it highly enough!

4 star resort with 5 star prices & 3 star services. Mar 2024 Vietnam is a very beautiful & culturally rich country. We visited Hanoi, Halong Bay, Hoi An, Da Nang & Ninh Binh on 11D/LON trip. Hospitality, reception & local immersion was outstanding at all places (except Emeralda) - people were welcoming & hotel staff were very courteous. Emeralda Resort at Ninh Binh was not so pleasant experience barring a few seasoned staff members. F&B Manager at Sen Restauran (morning paid breakfast) declined to entertain vegan food request & puréed fruit for 7 month infant, She said Kitchen's busy, we have large group to cater to. After much explanation she managed to get a fried rice (that's It!l) but for puréed fruit she denied & insisted I pay for it. Organic Restaurant is good, couple of staff there (mostly women) were courteous. Pool Bar attendant had some issues, not even acknowledging the greetings. Thanks to Ms Hung (Restaurant Manager), Mr Chung (Reception) & another Restaurant manager at Organic (missed her name) for making our stay bearable & manageable. They have a very wonderful property & spacious rooms, had the service been at par like ot 4 & 5 star resorts; it would be an ideal location for tranquility. Note: Vegan / Vegetarian food menu is limited & not allowed to buy food from outside.
