Lugu Lake Xujiushanhaishi Hotel

Absolutely brilliant hotel. Probably the only place in Lugu lake where foreigners could stay. The young staff have limited English but more than make up for it with their level of service and the translator app. They even set up a groups chat in WeChat just to advise us and ensure we were in touch. Location is great (except for the fact that there’s the road below the hotel) Hotel itself is brilliant. Phenomenal rooms. Great meals. Very personal touch and an ever willing / cheerful / helpful group of very competent youngsters managing. The whole crew looked under 30 but did a great job. Was an absolute pity we only stayed 2 nights. Next time a week at least! Definitely coming back.

非常開心的兩天！環境好服務好吃的也好！！！店員熱情又不會過度，i人狂喜！！設施齊全先進，房間和照片一模一樣完全不照騙。小貓咪也超級可愛！早餐三明治很好吃，晚餐在酒店吃了兩頓也都絕絕子，下午茶豐盛且好吃！非常安靜的環境，淡季天氣好遊客少，非常適合擺爛充電。自駕舒適！開車離大落水村9min，蒗放村開車4min，外出覓食也無障礙！真的好喜歡這裏～～下次帶老媽來！

剛到的時候，看見酒店的外觀還有一點小失望，但入住後總是充滿驚喜，每個房間都能看到湖景，打開大大的摺疊門躺在床上都可以將景色一覽無餘，小陽台更是加分，雖然並不寬大，但體驗感比隔着玻璃強太多，還可以在陽台上享受下午茶，放點音樂，特別享受。還有真的柴火壁爐，氣氛滿滿。酒店管家熱情的很恰當，讓你感到温暖但不逾矩，衹要來到大堂就回送上一杯暖暖的紅茶，特別貼心。房間衞生很乾凈，超出預期，偶有細節需要提升，不傷大雅。早餐在房費中包含，很豐盛，搭配也很精心。晚餐真的很好吃，應該是川菜師傅，味道真的很贊。山海事，雖然很貴，但是值得。順便提一下酒店的五公里接送服務，對於我這樣沒有自駕的人真是太便利，也辛苦各位管家了。
