Upon arrival, hotel manager Lamu greeted us with a warm smile and told us she could upgrade us to an even nicer room to welcome us to her lovely guesthouse. The location was great, the view wonderful and the breakfasts each morning were just right (and they served you sitting, vs. having to go through a buffet line)! The decor of the hotel is stunningly beautiful with lush gardens, rustic antiques and modern amenities all complementing one another. Lamu kindly offered to help us with any local tourism or transportation needs and easily accommodated our request to add a day onto our reservation, even giving us her personal cell phone number to contact her with any needs. We will definitely stay there each time we visit Lugu Lake!

This is a fantastic hotel in a beautiful location. Trip were able to send me the Wechat contact for the hotel so they helped me to arrive, although from the bus stop I could have booked transport through AMAP/didi too.
The service was excellent and when there was a problem with the room I had booked the staff were super helpful and moved me quickly to an upgraded room. The breakfast is nice and there is a coffee machine.
This was the best hotel from my whole trip in Yunnan. The finishing touches and service were far beyond my expectations especially considering the remote location.
The village of Lige is small and there is not much to 'do' unless you have your own transport. Which makes this a great hotel to stop at on your trip for some luxury relaxation.

酒店太冷了，太冷了，太冷了，重要的事情説三遍！雖然前台説有暖爐和電熱毯，但是到了晚上根本不頂事，被子又薄，全家人都感冒了，另外設施實在是太差了，馬桶漏水，水管放了半個小時也沒有熱水，晚上根本不可能洗澡，其他唯一值得表揚的就是前台的服務態度真的很好。

帶長者家出來旅遊，瀘沽湖晚上比較冷，店家幫忙開了電壁爐，床上開了電熱毯，晚上睡覺就不會冷了，店家還特意幫我們多拿了一床被子怕我們冷着，店家很貼心，房間也很大

國慶帶孩子出去玩，酒店環境超級好，房間佈置的很温馨，剛好就在瀘沽湖旁邊，酒店老闆非常好，看着我帶孩子出行，主動幫我拿行李，酒店旁邊吃東西也非常方便，下次還會選擇他們家

能感受到酒店設計裝修的用心。
服務也很貼心，我們抵達已經很晚，前台留人等我們接我們，幫找位子停車。
但是衞生堪憂，一進房間就不停打噴嚏，早餐的地方地面很油膩。

現在的瀘沽湖有很多民宿，這家真是非常不錯～首先 非常靠近裏格半島，出門走幾步就是湖邊。鬧中取靜 距離主幹路隔了一排，所以也不吵鬧 但距離餐館 咖啡廳 奶茶 都很近～環境好 到處綠植像是住在花園裡 院子裏 露台上 都可以打卡拍照～他家是含早餐的 米線很好吃哦😋 服務方面一定要説一下 工作人員都和善熱情 尤其前台的小哥哥和餐廳的阿姨 真的很為顧客考慮 不管是詢問當地情況 還是幫忙解決問題都非常為客人考慮～感謝 是一次愉快的住宿體驗

這個酒店的裝修風格特別有特色，房間按需求大小不同各具特色，大廳，門廊，院子、樓頂公共區域都有很用心的佈置區域，拍照很出片。房間也很大，圓床紗幔摩挲風情，床品舒適，美中不足冬天晚上很冷房間沒有空調，衹能早早開電熱毯在床上躺着了。哈哈哈😝
