Views of the room is great enough that you don’t even need to go out for a better view. The staffs are so kind and nice, offering any support you need. The smart home appliances are great that we even watch 2 movies during the 2 days we spent here. Highlight is that there’s a sichuan restaurant nearby is so authentic that you don’t want to miss.

Very nice view from hotel room as per the photos shown. They decorated my room without extra charges as I’m celebrating my husband’s birthday. They helped me to order a cake and they even cooked a bowl of noodle for us for free. Very clean room and premium room amenities. Short walking distance to boat jetty for morning boat ride. Even though their room only provides double bed, but the bed is big enough for 2 person. Very pleasant stay.

Service was not very friendly, rather than feeling welcoming, it feels like the staff are more like unhappy working staff. Room is modern and nicely renovated. The shower is either too hot or too cold. Breakfast was very normal, nothing interesting.

Location is great, just 5min walk from pedestrian only boundary and staff can come out to arrange bringing luggage to the hotel with prior arrangements.
Breakfast is delicious too.
Major thumb up to the roof garden where you can see the snow mountain with good weather and they put some decoration there for photo shoot.

去年五一就住的他家，體驗非常好，所以今年再來的時候，一點沒猶豫直接開車到他家來現場訂房了，這次住的是新裝修後的房間，體驗更好了，很舒服，全智能家電，乾淨整潔，服務態度也是沒的説，全程親切交流，體貼入微。風景更是好，超大落地窗，窗外就是瀘沽湖，站在房間就可以拍照。好評，以後再去瀘沽湖還會住他家

酒店面對瀘沽湖，前面有一大片草地及海濱長廊，非常漂亮，坐在他們的茶室，聽聽歌，看着大湖喝一杯茶，真是很寫意，服務也很到位，酒店設計都看到很花心思，還有電梯上落，搬行李也比較方便，臨走時經理還送上一包茶葉作為伴手禮，非常貼心，下次到大湖一定會再訂此酒店入住

入住這家酒店後，我覺得之前的旅行疲憊都一掃而空了。酒店的環境非常温馨幽靜，房間寬敞明亮又乾淨衞生。房間裏的隔音效果很好，完全不會被外界噪音打擾。酒店餐廳的菜餚不僅美味可口，食材還很新鮮，讓我大飽口福。工作人員的服務響應速度很快，對於我的需求都能及時滿足。下次來這裏，我還會選擇這家酒店。

這次入住體驗超棒！從前台辦理入住時工作人員的熱情引導，到房間裏一塵不染的環境，都讓我感覺像回到家一樣舒適。房間設施很新，床品柔軟，晚上睡得特別香。必須給這家酒店一個大大的贊！酒店的裝修風格簡約大氣，公共區域乾淨整潔。早餐種類豐富，滿足不同口味需求。工作人員服務周到，有求必應，真的無可挑剔

設施：還可以 很智能
衞生：第一天還不錯 第二天在床邊有一衹小蟲子🐛 正常打掃完 浴室還是一堆頭髮 沒清理 最重要的是 8101 wc真的很反味 冬天還可忍 夏天要入住的請避雷
環境：2家酒店（觀山海 洛隱）同一個老闆 故早餐一樣 相比我在瀘沽湖入住的另一家 真的差太遠了 早餐相當一般 個人認為與農家院早餐相當
服務：有一個穿着民族衣服的小姐姐 感覺服務很好
行李我自己拿進拿出的
下午茶就是早餐的蛋糕+餅乾和幾塊糖（真是不比不知道 一比才知道用心是什麼）圖二
專屬湖畔星空留影:天氣好的時候 店家沒有提醒 我發現還可以拍星空時 天氣不好了🙀
蒗放碼頭划船優惠券:沒有拿到 自己出去租的船
不過還是感謝該店家把我們送到另一個酒店去了
