整個酒店已經開業20年多年，據説去年開元集團退出了管理，在選擇預訂時沒有留意，是消費者的錯，不該給予這樣的信任。
首先，一進入酒店大堂，那種陳年黴味就撲鼻而來，這也沒什麼，畢竟老舊嘛。前台服務衹有兩個人，到了晚上就沒有人了，需要撥打服務人員手機才能找到前台工作人員。
餐廳被告知在裝修，不提供早餐服務，罷了，這也認了。
入住的週末，一共不到兩天，門卡刷不開門的情況就遇到了兩次，服務人員解釋説“系統升級”，有時候不靈敏，行，這也算了。
但是一個酒店，基本的房間設計和服務設施都有問題，是不是就難辭其咎了。
衞生間沒有單獨的門，標間入住很不方便！而且馬桶似乎就沒有打掃，進門第一件事是沖馬桶…
可能因為設施老舊，一些隱蔽的地方，如櫃子下面，馬桶沖水蓋上面都有灰塵，床鋪的枕頭泛黃，房間電話有雜音，浴室沐浴露沒有，肥皂需要樓下前台“領取”。
這些細節，甚至説基本要求都不達標，實在難以忍住不給差評，最後提醒朋友們，請一定要避雷！

酒店位置很好，最熱鬧的商場旁邊。開的房間不多，我們住10樓，我覺得很不錯，性價比拉滿。床也很乾凈，腰不好，睡的也蠻舒服的。其他網上説的黴味，反正我的房間沒有。

作為攜程老會員，這次有必要實話實説，為了廣大的消費者。酒店設施非常老舊，天花板發黴發黑，牆紙脱落，衞生間淋浴也是簡陋到極致，總之不值這個價。心裏還在想，為什麼攜程上分數比較高，退房的時候一切就都明白了……作為消費者來説，出門在外旅遊也好，出差也好，還是希望能住上性價比高的酒店。

衞生間坐便器壞的，燈具壞的，空調聲音像拖拉機，效果差，服務電話壞了，電視機沒有辦法看。

衞生還算乾淨，房間無異味，不過衞生間是開放式的，與房間有玻璃相隔，玻璃中段是磨砂的，下段是透明的，上個廁所有點尬。沒有早餐。門鎖壞了。

中國最差4星酒店。22點辦入住大堂黑柒柒一片，樓道，房裡內地毯一大股黴味撲鼻而來。淋浴間不如60元的旅館，花灑龍頭巨大躁音。吹風機是無脊椎的，更令人窒息的它的一次性牙刷牙膏，太過份了！酒店早餐大概算經濟型酒店的水平。餐廳工作人員坐在餐椅上收拾碗筷。這個酒店的環境和工作人員服務水平，已經可搞摘4星牌了！
