Hotel in zona Zhejiang Pharmaceutical College, Ningbo

Hotel is clean. The room is spacious. Front desk is friendly. The staffs greets you when you comes and goes. Price is decent since I'm paying USD. A little more compared in the area. The hotel shows it's age, including the rooms. I booked the King Bed room at around $100 USD a night. But I like it when they give you 4 pillows and 2 are memory foam pillows which I love. Unlimited bottle waters, they are placed everywhere in the hotel for you to grab. The breakfast has a wide variety. If you didn't book breakfast a day ahead it's 100RMB. If you tell them a day ahead that you'll be getting breakfast the next day, it's 50RMB per person. As I recall it was $13 more when I book my room with 2 breakfasts. I would stay here again.

This hotel had some wonderful review which actually led me to book it for the first time . This was my third visit to the property. Based on my experience over the three visit which were rather lengthy this hotel’s target market is predominantly local market . If compared to their international franchise 4 star peers the hotel lacks in many areas. 1. They offer a good spread of buffet breakfast but the assortment is mostly focused on locals guests . The selection seldom changes. 2. The bakery products offered were not fresh . Found to be cold and stale 3. Fresh fruits were found to be mixed with stale ones , not sure if they used the ones from the previous days . 4. House keeping was not the best , often found coffee-tea cups not cleaned or replaced . 5. Requested for in room complimentary coffee instead of tea . They sell coffee pouches at lobby, but instead they ask me to go down and ask for coffee at the lobby. 6. The small gym does not have any sanitiser tissue to clean the equipment before use . 7. At the lobby they have a cafe which is also the office for the hotel management staff. In the evening the area is completely mosquito infested , difficult to sit even for 5 minutes . 8. The hotel turned off the Cookson’s system , inside room temperature went up to 29 degree C. After repeated request they did something but that also did not take the temperature below 24 Degrees. 9. The hotel needs serious consideration about training the lobby staffs . A simple way to explain is their face is curved in stone . No emotion! 10. They need to review their safety protocol, they sent my guest directly to the room without even asking . For many my comments may not matter for some it may . I have spent almost 10 days on my last visit so I can’t ignore those . The best part of the stay was Mary ( forgot to ask her position). I think she’s the manager . She is the ideal face of a hotel . She has been the most pleasant and supportive among all the staffs at the hotel.

這家店真的讓人意想不到！服務非常好，前台人員很熱情，晚上喝多了，給了蜂蜜水，早上走的急，導致重要的樣品忘了帶，聯繫酒店，前台小姑娘主動提出特可以幫我送過來，過了十幾分鍾，電話聯繫我來取，遠遠看到一個穿着亞朵衣服的小姑娘在冷風中等着我，心裏頓時暖暖的，拿到樣品的時候主動給些小費做為答謝，小姑娘表示都是她應該做的，就匆匆騎着車離開了。真的非常感謝她及時送來樣品，讓我24年有個完美的收尾。

The hotel is trying, but missing the mark in a lot of ways…felt like a bit of a letdown for a 4 star hotel. The location kind of sucks. It’s right beside a metro though which is good. Breakfast is served in a room with about 10 tables…so you’ll be fighting for a seat. It’s a very limited breakfast as well. The rooms have no coffee or tea. No fridge in the rooms. The rooms have a nice sofa and table but no chairs (making it hard to work). Elevators feel more appropriate for a 2 star hotel. However, the staff were very attentive. There’s a nice coffee machine in the lobby.

Staff was very accommodating after a mistake (of mine) with the booking. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was a huge buffet of fresh-cooked food. Excellent. Would have been perfect if the breakfast staff had enforced the No Smoking policy.

2024除夕入住寧波開元名庭酒店，外觀上看，一幢高高的大樓，寬敞的大廳，酒店還是比較氣派。酒店位於寧波的中心地帶，去寧波的天一閣博物館、老外灘、南塘老街等幾個著名地點都不算太遠，出行方便。 酒店的服務很好，前台的美女熱情周到，除夕到達時，有可樂領取，房間有水果，大廳有茶水。温馨的接待。酒店的客房比較寬敞，設施齊全，設計佈局也比較合理，床單枕頭等床上用品、以及毛巾的品質也不錯，比較舒適。衞生間乾濕分離，有浴缸和淋浴。游泳池很好。不足之處是，作為星級酒店，房間裏的大部分設施、包括馬桶等均有些老化，電視機也很小，只有20幾寸。 酒店的早餐還行，種類齊全，中西式均有，但蔬菜只有一點中式炒菜，略感欠缺。 總體上説，這家酒店的品質不錯，服務良好。

Il personale che lavora alla reception è molto bello, anche se non può parlare inglese. Ho ricevuto colazione alla porta ogni mattina (mi è stato chiesto di avere un tempo in anticipo). Parliamo prima della conclusione. Non ci tornerò. Sceglieremo un hotel della catena con lo stesso prezzo, colazione, pulizia e tipologia di camera più conveniente. Abbiamo prenotato una camera per 3️⃣7️⃣4️⃣ yuan, che è non è economico secondo il budget. Mio marito ha notato subito l'arredamento, non l'abbiamo pagato. Forse questo è il punto di forza di questo negozio, ma dopo aver vissuto lì, ho scoperto che non valeva i 374 yuan . 1️⃣Colazione, eravamo in quattro, compresi noi due, okay, noi quattro non riuscivamo a fare due bastoncini di pasta insieme. Era molto squallido e il prezzo era chiaramente indicato a 28 yuan, il che era molto squallido. 2️⃣La stanza non è insonorizzata ed è molto rumorosa. Quasi all'una di sera, il forte rumore proveniente dalla porta accanto è forte quanto le mie orecchie. Sembrava di essere stati in una grotta in una zona vivace per una notte. 5️⃣Il prezzo della casa potrebbe essere più alto a causa della posizione.
