Hotel in zona Xikou Scenic Spot, Ningbo

This hotel had some wonderful review which actually led me to book it for the first time . This was my third visit to the property. Based on my experience over the three visit which were rather lengthy this hotel’s target market is predominantly local market . If compared to their international franchise 4 star peers the hotel lacks in many areas. 1. They offer a good spread of buffet breakfast but the assortment is mostly focused on locals guests . The selection seldom changes. 2. The bakery products offered were not fresh . Found to be cold and stale 3. Fresh fruits were found to be mixed with stale ones , not sure if they used the ones from the previous days . 4. House keeping was not the best , often found coffee-tea cups not cleaned or replaced . 5. Requested for in room complimentary coffee instead of tea . They sell coffee pouches at lobby, but instead they ask me to go down and ask for coffee at the lobby. 6. The small gym does not have any sanitiser tissue to clean the equipment before use . 7. At the lobby they have a cafe which is also the office for the hotel management staff. In the evening the area is completely mosquito infested , difficult to sit even for 5 minutes . 8. The hotel turned off the Cookson’s system , inside room temperature went up to 29 degree C. After repeated request they did something but that also did not take the temperature below 24 Degrees. 9. The hotel needs serious consideration about training the lobby staffs . A simple way to explain is their face is curved in stone . No emotion! 10. They need to review their safety protocol, they sent my guest directly to the room without even asking . For many my comments may not matter for some it may . I have spent almost 10 days on my last visit so I can’t ignore those . The best part of the stay was Mary ( forgot to ask her position). I think she’s the manager . She is the ideal face of a hotel . She has been the most pleasant and supportive among all the staffs at the hotel.

Era molto squallido e il prezzo era chiaramente indicato a 28 yuan, il che era molto squallido. 2️⃣La stanza non è insonorizzata ed è molto rumorosa. Quasi all'una di sera, il forte rumore proveniente dalla porta accanto è forte quanto le mie orecchie. Dopo essere stato paziente per molto tempo, sono andato alla reception per comunicare. 3️⃣La posizione della TV è molto strana. Potrebbe essere che il tuo negozio voglia che io abbia una testa a forma di L una cosa è che io la veda o no, mi mette molto a disagio. 4️⃣Tornando alla stanza, era esattamente uguale alla foto. Era ridotta nelle stesse proporzioni ed era molto stretta. Sembrava di essere stati in una grotta in una zona vivace per una notte. 5️⃣Il prezzo della casa potrebbe essere più alto a causa della posizione. Ci sono molti ristoranti occidentali in giro e siamo arrivati ​​in fretta. La valutazione personale di cui sopra è per tuo riferimento. Credo che ci siano molte scelte allo stesso prezzo.

The hotel is trying, but missing the mark in a lot of ways…felt like a bit of a letdown for a 4 star hotel. The location kind of sucks. It’s right beside a metro though which is good. Breakfast is served in a room with about 10 tables…so you’ll be fighting for a seat. It’s a very limited breakfast as well. The rooms have no coffee or tea. No fridge in the rooms. The rooms have a nice sofa and table but no chairs (making it hard to work). Elevators feel more appropriate for a 2 star hotel. However, the staff were very attentive. There’s a nice coffee machine in the lobby.

設施：合理 衞生：乾淨整潔 環境：地理位置好，出門吃飯購物都很方便 服務：優，前台小夥熱情有耐心，保潔員認真負責。我在洗衣房洗的衣服洗好後給放到烘乾機幫忙烘乾，等我去洗衣服去的時候竟然發現已經都給烘乾好了，非常感謝！辦會員還多送了兩份早餐！總之就是哪哪都滿意，全季就是我的出行選擇

Buon hotel situato a soli 5 minuti a piedi dalla piazza Tianyi. La zona del colazione era stata ristrutturata quando sono rimasto, quindi non ha provato il buffet del colazione. La stanza era pulita e dotata di tutte le attrezzature di base. Grande valore per soldi!

Great hotel. I visit Ningbo very often. I stayed at this hotel several times. I try to book a room with a balcony. Cleaning every day, very friendly staff, there is breakfast, there is laundry and a small gym. The hotel is located in the very center of the city, very close to the train station. Not far from the hotel there is a central square where various shops and restaurants are located. Very close to the historical quarter in the colonial style. I recommend this hotel to everyone.

Very clean and chic hotel with fantastic location. Staff friendly, helpful, polite, knowledgeable and service oriented; offered water and tea when we taking rest in lobby and when we checking out. And you can enjoy free supper, and free laundry! Wonderful! Comforting and welcoming lobby, we will book Atour again in near future to China😍😍😍

Con un amico a Punching ～ tornare a Ningbo per vivere una notte. Abbiamo scelto la piazza di giorno che tutti hanno raccomandato. Abbiamo visto un sacco di hotel intorno. This was, without a shadow of the doubt, one of the best experiences and certainly the best one in China. The hotel is brand new and has been built with highest quality materials. Both the design and scale of the project, conference centre next door is being finished, are impressive to say the least. Service was fantastic with extremely helpful and polite staff. Food... amazing variety and high quality! We took our bikes to cycle around the lake, so the location for us could not be better. Close to the lake but in a nice and quiet spot, in contrary to many other hotels on the other side of the lake. Pretty cool swimming pool with smallish fitness area attached. The on-site café with outside area was very cozy but we only tried cakes and tea, not sure about the quality of their coffee. Overall, highly recommended! As we live locally, we will definitely consider coming back.
