E'stato sorpreso di venire a Beijiang, questo piccolo hotel pieno di vento del campo, la decorazione della stanza è confortevole e calda. Ho visto il capo usare il cuore in tutti i dettagli. Il culo sul letto e il mantello sono molto puliti. Il più apprezzabile è che i dipendenti dell'hotel sono molto amichevoli e hanno bisogno di aiutarci a risolvere rapidamente, soprattutto la sorella ~ fiori piccoli, ogni volta che vediamo il suo sorriso pieno di viso, facciamo sentire la sensazione di casa, grazie per averla incontrata, rendendo il nostro viaggio più felice!

UUtente ospiteThis hotel had some wonderful review which actually led me to book it for the first time . This was my third visit to the property. Based on my experience over the three visit which were rather lengthy this hotel’s target market is predominantly local market . If compared to their international franchise 4 star peers the hotel lacks in many areas.
1. They offer a good spread of buffet breakfast but the assortment is mostly focused on locals guests . The selection seldom changes.
2. The bakery products offered were not fresh . Found to be cold and stale
3. Fresh fruits were found to be mixed with stale ones , not sure if they used the ones from the previous days .
4. House keeping was not the best , often found coffee-tea cups not cleaned or replaced .
5. Requested for in room complimentary coffee instead of tea . They sell coffee pouches at lobby, but instead they ask me to go down and ask for coffee at the lobby.
6. The small gym does not have any sanitiser tissue to clean the equipment before use .
7. At the lobby they have a cafe which is also the office for the hotel management staff. In the evening the area is completely mosquito infested , difficult to sit even for 5 minutes .
8. The hotel turned off the Cookson’s system , inside room temperature went up to 29 degree C. After repeated request they did something but that also did not take the temperature below 24 Degrees.
9. The hotel needs serious consideration about training the lobby staffs . A simple way to explain is their face is curved in stone . No emotion!
10. They need to review their safety protocol, they sent my guest directly to the room without even asking .
For many my comments may not matter for some it may . I have spent almost 10 days on my last visit so I can’t ignore those .
The best part of the stay was Mary ( forgot to ask her position). I think she’s the manager . She is the ideal face of a hotel . She has been the most pleasant and supportive among all the staffs at the hotel.

DDanny_L_SmithA great location for this hotel. You can walk to the main shopping square in under 5 minutes. And you are walking distance to the old bund which has many nice restaurants to try. The breakfast was okay. The tea which is provided in the rooms is fantastic, make sure to try it. If you are a foreigner make sure you know what the front staff need to see in your passport to avoid any confusion. I recommend this hotel.

SScarletTheWandererNew Century Resort Jiulong Lake exceeded all my expectations and provided a truly enjoyable stay. The staff was incredibly friendly, going out of their way to be helpful and offering valuable tips on things to do in the area. 包智慧 was especially kind and helpful! The room I stayed in had a beautiful view of the water, giving it a tropical vibe. The breakfast buffet had a wide selection of delicious options, and the resort was very family-friendly.
While it was a shame that the outdoor pool was only open in July and August, the indoor pool and hot tub were still great. The resort's proximity to the Scenic Area allowed for a day of exploration, with hiking trails leading to waterfalls and a lovely temple. The resort was surrounded by lush trees, creating a serene atmosphere that I highly recommend.
The option to rent bikes and participate in various activities added to the enjoyment of the stay. I particularly appreciated the pleasant bonfire evenings with music, which provided a nice touch without being too loud. Overall, I highly recommend New Century Resort Jiulong Lake as a place to relax and unwind. It's conveniently located just a 45-minute taxi ride from the Ningbo train station.

EExploringJummieJust a leisure two days trip.. The hotel was well located close to the Meishan beach Park, the port museum and the ice and snow world - walkable distance. The staffs (especially front desks) are quite nice, always willing to help, and ready to give a cookie on request (highlight of my trip).. They had a huge variety of tasty breakfast options for locals and international.. Only issue was the squeaky cupboards in the rooms.. Oh... They have a gym and swimming pool (in-use, which is great post-covid) ..

eccellente: il responsabile del cibo e delle bevande e il personale del ristorante erano sempre cordiali e il cibo era eccellente (anche se penso che il prezzo di una bevanda sia oltraggioso). il curry tailandese è altamente raccomandato.
le piscine e le piscine termali sono fantastiche
la stanza è bella e l'intero edificio è bellissimo.
una torta di compleanno e un biglietto da festeggiare sono stati molto speciali e premurosi.

i cocktail siamo pessimi ogni volta che ne assaggiamo uno nuovo... gli ingredienti erano elencati ma non tutti presenti nel drink
il check-in e il check-out: la prima e l'ultima impressione devono essere migliorate. al check-in non abbiamo ricevuto un sorriso amichevole per guidarci allo sportello, il check-out è stato una lunga fila
durante il periodo di punta, sono necessarie più auto navetta, abbiamo avuto diversi tempi di attesa di 20-30 minuti e gli ospiti si comportano in modo un po 'sciocco ed egoista, spingendo per salire sul bus navetta anche quando le famiglie con bambini piccoli aspettano più a lungo. c'erano 40 gradi Celsius quindi camminare non era un'opzione sicura.
Ho dovuto chiamare tre volte per ottenere le pulizie il primo giorno e mi è stato detto che di solito le pulizie vengono solo ogni due giorni, il che non ha senso. UUtente ospiteTop in terms of location, facilities, staff friendliness and room standards. Zero stars for the quality of the dining experience, I'm afraid. Mediocre local dishes hopelessly overpriced and way below average by Ningbonese standards. Could have gone to Hanling village down the road or a bit further into Yinzhou for the same or similar dishes at a tenth of the price (and better quality). We felt it was quite an insult and if it hadn't been rather late and we hadn't been starving, we would have gotten up again and jumped in a Didi. My workplace canteen offers similar local dishes at less than 10 kuai/dish (ok, not a valid comparison, I must admit, but even the most expensive local restos don't charge more than 50 kuai either and provide bigger size portions and tastier). The portions were tiny and starters were priced on average at 100+ kuai while the mains, the size of starters, were on average 220+ kuai. Hardly reasonable for some seasonal veggies and 10 tiny rubbery beef cubes. The white wine hadn't been cooled (happens all the time but kinda unexpected if you pay 4,000 kuai a night for a resort in one of Ningbo's prime locations) and it was a cheap bottle priced at nearly 80 kuai a glass. Having stayed in a variety of luxury lakeside venues across Zhejiang over the years, we were pretty taken aback. For me it was the worst value for money food experience during my entire time in China. We loved our suite, the fitness facilities as well as the architecture of the entire resort though. The service was pretty professional and friendly even though hardly anyone speaks English which is surprising given that this place is regularly frequented by non-Chinese speakers from the local areas nearby (and we saw plenty of those for lunch). Also, in comparison to similar properties across Ningbo and Zhejiang, the breakfast was the worst also. Never mind the continental and English style brekkies (sometimes difficult to get right, we get that), even the Chinese dishes were mediocre (such as the soups, fried items etc) which was surprising. Should we return (we practically live down the road), we'll not spend a single penny on food in this place.

Stylish Ambiance: The hotel, though showing its age, exudes a certain elegance that sets it apart. The vintage touches combined with modern aesthetics create a captivating atmosphere.
Prime Location: CITIC Ningbo enjoys an enviable location, offering easy access to the heart of the city. From my room, I had a delightful view of the surroundings, which added to the overall experience.
Breakfast Variety: The breakfast spread was impressive, with an array of options to suit different tastes. Whether you prefer a hearty meal or something light, the hotel caters to all preferences.
Fully Stocked Mini Bar: The mini bar was a pleasant surprise. It was well-stocked, allowing guests to indulge in their favorite beverages and snacks.
However, there were a couple of areas where the hotel fell short:
Toiletry Oversight: Unfortunately, the housekeeping team overlooked the essential toiletries. I missed having a dental kit, comb, body cream, and shower gel. Even the shampoo was absent from the toiletries collection.
Tiny Bottles: In the cabinet, I found only tiny bottles of body wash and shampoo. While they were functional, I expected more comprehensive amenities.
In summary, CITIC Ningbo International Hotel offers a nostalgic charm, excellent location, and stylish ambiance. With a little attention to detail, it could regain its former glory. If you appreciate a touch of history in your stay, this hotel is worth considering.
