Hotel in zona Siyuan Pavilion, Ningbo

This hotel had some wonderful review which actually led me to book it for the first time . This was my third visit to the property. Based on my experience over the three visit which were rather lengthy this hotel’s target market is predominantly local market . If compared to their international franchise 4 star peers the hotel lacks in many areas. 1. They offer a good spread of buffet breakfast but the assortment is mostly focused on locals guests . The selection seldom changes. 2. The bakery products offered were not fresh . Found to be cold and stale 3. Fresh fruits were found to be mixed with stale ones , not sure if they used the ones from the previous days . 4. House keeping was not the best , often found coffee-tea cups not cleaned or replaced . 5. Requested for in room complimentary coffee instead of tea . They sell coffee pouches at lobby, but instead they ask me to go down and ask for coffee at the lobby. 6. The small gym does not have any sanitiser tissue to clean the equipment before use . 7. At the lobby they have a cafe which is also the office for the hotel management staff. In the evening the area is completely mosquito infested , difficult to sit even for 5 minutes . 8. The hotel turned off the Cookson’s system , inside room temperature went up to 29 degree C. After repeated request they did something but that also did not take the temperature below 24 Degrees. 9. The hotel needs serious consideration about training the lobby staffs . A simple way to explain is their face is curved in stone . No emotion! 10. They need to review their safety protocol, they sent my guest directly to the room without even asking . For many my comments may not matter for some it may . I have spent almost 10 days on my last visit so I can’t ignore those . The best part of the stay was Mary ( forgot to ask her position). I think she’s the manager . She is the ideal face of a hotel . She has been the most pleasant and supportive among all the staffs at the hotel.

春節假期和朋友一起出來，選擇了寧波的這家亞朵。結果出去遊玩的時候不小心摔倒了，把腳給扭了。後面被朋友扶着回到了酒店，想着休息一下應該沒啥大礙。到了晚上本來和朋友約好的的景點入場時間也快到了。但是腳感覺還是沒有好多少，就讓朋友先去玩了。後面發現腳越來越痛而且還腫了。感覺有點不太對勁，就給朋友打了電話，但是一時半會他們也趕不回來。就想着向酒店工作人員求助了一下，就給前台打了電話説明瞭一下情況。前台很快上來一個小哥，而且還周到的準備了個輪椅♿️。可能是春節，大晚上的還打不打車去醫院。後面還是小哥自己開車送我去的醫院。醫院值班人很少，一直都是前台小哥小陸幫我跑前跑後。幫我掛號，帶我問診、拍CT，最後幫我拿葯。中間還給我買水，問我餓不餓啥的。後面從醫院回來都凌晨兩點多了。回來還給我留了份餃子。很感謝小陸和酒店。不然一個人那會真的不知道怎麼辦了。

Everything's very good! The room is clean and spacious. Breakfast is very delicious and you can get free ice cream, popcorn, and tea whenever you want. The staffs are so kind and welcoming, although our Chinese is not that good, they tried hard to communicate with us.

Il miglior hotel finora! Buoni servizi, personale molto utile, facendo oltre le domande. Soprattutto per il ricevitore con capelli corti. Mi ha aiutato a portare il bagaglio anche se non le ho chiesto, aspettare fuori nel tempo molto caldo con me.

La camera è piccola, la posizione è eccellente. La proiezione di 100 pollici è sorprendente. E' come dormire in un teatro cinematico, abbiamo visto 3 film per 6 ore. Certamente rimarrete qui.

Situato vicino alla piazza Tianyi, molto conveniente per andare ovunque a causa della sua posizione e del trasporto pubblico. Una varietà di cibi per colazione, che significa un sacco di opzioni per soddisfare le esigenze e il gusto di tutti. Scelgo sicuramente questo hotel ancora una volta quando visiterò Ningbo la prossima volta. Un'altra cosa: il manager è molto gentile quando si chiede se la mia stanza può essere cambiata in modo da godere della vista del fiume. Mi ha aiutato a cambiare la stanza.

雖然酒店衞生比較一般 但是後面住別的酒店滿地都是灰的我也就不説了 大概寧波就是灰比較多🤷🏻♀️瑕不掩瑜 地理位置好 樓下就是天一廣場 B&C就在華為背後 服務非常棒有求必應 送了孩子遙控汽車和4節電池 （btw車3節電池遙控器2節電池應該送5節的）每天送水很多瓶 還有自助洗衣機和烘乾機 連住兩天的第二天就下雨了衣服都濕了 全部洗烘了 在我手搓襪子之後放到洗衣機裏洗完再自清潔都開了一遍（因為洗衣機上有寫內褲和襪子別放進去所以手洗完了放進去脱水） 這裏插播一下晚上叫了水果外賣 小哥拿了別的酒店的奶茶來還三番四次打電話來我沒接到還是我的問題？最後告訴我拿錯了 那就餓了麼平台退單就好了（最後一通電話説私下給我退錢啥操作沒説完就掛了也是不解）前台小姐姐送了兩次外賣來我一看是奶茶都告訴她們不是我的🤦🏻♀️麻煩小姐姐們了 第一次來寧波玩 感覺呢 這邊沒什麼人 逛街購物的時候還想哪裡有奧萊這種店逛逛 結果小紅書一看 銷售額最高天一廣場一年75億但是全部人口才300萬？驚呆…怪不得東西很多…但是管理啊…不知道人民公僕都在幹啥，車行道需要寫“讓行人 讓行人”（我那個房間看樓下車道就是）笑死了，不禮讓行人扣分罰款不就行了麼？還有即使最高gdp的商圈周圍都沒有好好規劃公交車，有次孩子要坐地鐵 地鐵坐了3站，同樣一條線路（上下車點和地鐵站相近）公交車站4站，那地鐵的站距就很近啊…🤷🏻♀️真的方便市民了嘛…不是原住民不是很懂…一站地鐵三站公交的比例嘛，而且地鐵是走大站，小巷子才走公交，並且旅遊線路需要多開而且有介紹，不是旅遊業或者交通運輸行業人員，但是在品味這個城市的同時就感歎旅行時非常不便，停車位緊張也沒有好好的規劃疏導，就一個勁讓你往前跟着車走，也看不到標識。各部門各司其職很少協同配合工作是這個城市當下的難題吧…期待下次來能看見勤政的人民公僕為人民…畢竟是好鄰居…哈哈 會再來的

大年夜來到這裏入住的，提前到了，酒店也讓我們提前入住，感謝🙏親子房，朝南，太陽特別好，還看了新年的第一場日出🌅 衞生乾淨，衞生間佈局很合理，也很寬敞，早餐豐富。 前後都有地鐵站（曹檻ga）（柳檻ga），到景區也還方便。 晚上安靜，睡的很好，空調也給力。 要説缺點的話，就是水龍頭聲音有點大，可以考慮改善。 P.O.I

L'hotel è bello e la camera è spaziale. La posizione è anche buona. Il colazione è più stile cinese orientato, ma c'è una macchina per caffè e il caffè è buono. L'unica questione che avevo è mordere in tutto i piedi e le gambe da insetti. Credo sia dovuto al pavimento del tetto sia nelle stanze che in ogni corridoio.

Gioca di nuovo al lago Dong Chan, ha scelto l'hotel di Hoo Yuan. L'accoppiamento di hardware dell'hotel è stato molto più attento. Ha effettivamente portato diverse esperienze ai clienti e l'idea di continuare il soggiorno la prossima volta.
