One of the most pleasant stays in my life! The hotel is clean and well-maintained, the staff is friendly and welcoming. The surroundings are nice and quiet, and the hot springs are just amazing. The receptionist couldn’t speak English very well when we checked in (which wasn’t too much of a problem anyway), but when we came back to our room later, we found some snacks and an absolutely adorable note with some helpful information from the staff. Thank you for the great weekend! Will definitely come again.

I enjoyed the staying.
Pros: in the heart of Hanling old street, lots of things to do just at a walking distance. Nice rooms. I stayed in the multi-level room, with beds upstairs and bathroom and a lovely tea room with sofa, chair (other rooms may have wooden table and chairs) overlooking the internal court. There is a little balcony with two chairs and table. They provided a big 5 liter bottle of water which is great.
Cons: rooms not sound proof... it was difficult to reach staff when needed (still do not know the wifi password!). TV could not play an mp4 from my memory stick (an HDMI cable would have been nice).

2.C'è un design nella stanza che non è conforme alle abitudini quotidiane. raramente la biancheria è pulita. Dopo la lavanderia si sentirà molto freddo. In generale, è un foglio di indirizzo. Non è facile pulire il aria condizionata e un po'scioccante.

Viaggio in Cina per incontri d'affari molto spesso e visitavo città in tutto il paese, ma non sono mai rimasto in un hotel così meraviglioso e perfettamente arredato come questo.
L'intero hotel è dotato di un moderno stile, le camere sono davvero lussuose e perfettamente dotate, la pulizia è al massimo livello e la qualità del servizio è la stessa.
A dire il vero, mi sentivo più confortevole di quanto fosse confortevole la mia casa, e mi sono sbattuto in tutta la squadra di attuazione, che è molto bello e sempre accogliente.

Il Samsung Hotel generale è ancora buono. C'è un piccolo gilet sul set di un letto nella stanza. L'acqua è scarsa, l'impulso non è sufficiente. Molte persone sono rimaste in tempo per non fornire i corrispondenti prodotti unilaterali in base al numero. Il frigorifero è dotato ma non c'è connessione elettrica. L'apertura è molto proficua.
La reception è molto entusiasta quando si soggiorna, la colazione è ancora molto ricco, meglio di quella di solito allo stesso livello.

Hotel is clean. The room is spacious. Front desk is friendly. The staffs greets you when you comes and goes. Price is decent since I'm paying USD. A little more compared in the area. The hotel shows it's age, including the rooms. I booked the King Bed room at around $100 USD a night.
But I like it when they give you 4 pillows and 2 are memory foam pillows which I love. Unlimited bottle waters, they are placed everywhere in the hotel for you to grab.
The breakfast has a wide variety. If you didn't book breakfast a day ahead it's 100RMB. If you tell them a day ahead that you'll be getting breakfast the next day, it's 50RMB per person. As I recall it was $13 more when I book my room with 2 breakfasts. I would stay here again.

L'hotel è bello e la camera è spaziale. La posizione è anche buona. Il colazione è più stile cinese orientato, ma c'è una macchina per caffè e il caffè è buono. L'unica questione che avevo è mordere in tutto i piedi e le gambe da insetti. Credo sia dovuto al pavimento del tetto sia nelle stanze che in ogni corridoio.

UUtente ospiteThis hotel had some wonderful review which actually led me to book it for the first time . This was my third visit to the property. Based on my experience over the three visit which were rather lengthy this hotel’s target market is predominantly local market . If compared to their international franchise 4 star peers the hotel lacks in many areas.
1. They offer a good spread of buffet breakfast but the assortment is mostly focused on locals guests . The selection seldom changes.
2. The bakery products offered were not fresh . Found to be cold and stale
3. Fresh fruits were found to be mixed with stale ones , not sure if they used the ones from the previous days .
4. House keeping was not the best , often found coffee-tea cups not cleaned or replaced .
5. Requested for in room complimentary coffee instead of tea . They sell coffee pouches at lobby, but instead they ask me to go down and ask for coffee at the lobby.
6. The small gym does not have any sanitiser tissue to clean the equipment before use .
7. At the lobby they have a cafe which is also the office for the hotel management staff. In the evening the area is completely mosquito infested , difficult to sit even for 5 minutes .
8. The hotel turned off the Cookson’s system , inside room temperature went up to 29 degree C. After repeated request they did something but that also did not take the temperature below 24 Degrees.
9. The hotel needs serious consideration about training the lobby staffs . A simple way to explain is their face is curved in stone . No emotion!
10. They need to review their safety protocol, they sent my guest directly to the room without even asking .
For many my comments may not matter for some it may . I have spent almost 10 days on my last visit so I can’t ignore those .
The best part of the stay was Mary ( forgot to ask her position). I think she’s the manager . She is the ideal face of a hotel . She has been the most pleasant and supportive among all the staffs at the hotel.

SShamilGreat hotel. I visit Ningbo very often. I stayed at this hotel several times. I try to book a room with a balcony. Cleaning every day, very friendly staff, there is breakfast, there is laundry and a small gym. The hotel is located in the very center of the city, very close to the train station. Not far from the hotel there is a central square where various shops and restaurants are located. Very close to the historical quarter in the colonial style. I recommend this hotel to everyone.

SScarletTheWandererNew Century Resort Jiulong Lake exceeded all my expectations and provided a truly enjoyable stay. The staff was incredibly friendly, going out of their way to be helpful and offering valuable tips on things to do in the area. 包智慧 was especially kind and helpful! The room I stayed in had a beautiful view of the water, giving it a tropical vibe. The breakfast buffet had a wide selection of delicious options, and the resort was very family-friendly.
While it was a shame that the outdoor pool was only open in July and August, the indoor pool and hot tub were still great. The resort's proximity to the Scenic Area allowed for a day of exploration, with hiking trails leading to waterfalls and a lovely temple. The resort was surrounded by lush trees, creating a serene atmosphere that I highly recommend.
The option to rent bikes and participate in various activities added to the enjoyment of the stay. I particularly appreciated the pleasant bonfire evenings with music, which provided a nice touch without being too loud. Overall, I highly recommend New Century Resort Jiulong Lake as a place to relax and unwind. It's conveniently located just a 45-minute taxi ride from the Ningbo train station.

UUtente ospiteTop in terms of location, facilities, staff friendliness and room standards. Zero stars for the quality of the dining experience, I'm afraid. Mediocre local dishes hopelessly overpriced and way below average by Ningbonese standards. Could have gone to Hanling village down the road or a bit further into Yinzhou for the same or similar dishes at a tenth of the price (and better quality). We felt it was quite an insult and if it hadn't been rather late and we hadn't been starving, we would have gotten up again and jumped in a Didi. My workplace canteen offers similar local dishes at less than 10 kuai/dish (ok, not a valid comparison, I must admit, but even the most expensive local restos don't charge more than 50 kuai either and provide bigger size portions and tastier). The portions were tiny and starters were priced on average at 100+ kuai while the mains, the size of starters, were on average 220+ kuai. Hardly reasonable for some seasonal veggies and 10 tiny rubbery beef cubes. The white wine hadn't been cooled (happens all the time but kinda unexpected if you pay 4,000 kuai a night for a resort in one of Ningbo's prime locations) and it was a cheap bottle priced at nearly 80 kuai a glass. Having stayed in a variety of luxury lakeside venues across Zhejiang over the years, we were pretty taken aback. For me it was the worst value for money food experience during my entire time in China. We loved our suite, the fitness facilities as well as the architecture of the entire resort though. The service was pretty professional and friendly even though hardly anyone speaks English which is surprising given that this place is regularly frequented by non-Chinese speakers from the local areas nearby (and we saw plenty of those for lunch). Also, in comparison to similar properties across Ningbo and Zhejiang, the breakfast was the worst also. Never mind the continental and English style brekkies (sometimes difficult to get right, we get that), even the Chinese dishes were mediocre (such as the soups, fried items etc) which was surprising. Should we return (we practically live down the road), we'll not spend a single penny on food in this place.

AAugust MI recently stayed at a hotel in Ningbo, China, which had a super location close to Ningbo Railway Station. The hotel's proximity to the station made it convenient for transportation. However, there were a few aspects of my stay that could have been better.
The location of the hotel was indeed excellent, with easy access to the railway station. This made it convenient for exploring the city and accessing transportation options . The hotel's proximity to shopping streets and attractions added to its appeal.
Regarding the food, I would described as ”okay” . It seems that there were various dining options available, but the experience may have varied depending on the specific choices made.
One aspect that could be improved is the English proficiency of the reception staff. According to the search results, the staff's ability to communicate in basic English was limited . This could pose a challenge for non-Chinese guests who require assistance or have specific inquiries.
During my two-night stay, I also noticed a strong smell of cigarettes in the room. This could be a concern for those who are sensitive to smoke or prefer smoke-free environments.
Overall, the hotel's super location near Ningbo Railway Station was a major advantage. However, it is important to note the potential language barrier with the reception staff and the presence of a cigarette smell. These factors may be worth considering when choosing accommodations in Ningbo

JJamieHo prenotato il Seclusive Life Resort per un weekend di due notti mentre lavoro a Zhejiang. Era una bella, rilassante esperienza. Le montagne erano così lussuose e verdi. La parte migliore del resort era il personale. Tutti erano così utili. Non parlo cinese, ma siamo stati in grado di comunicare con facilità attraverso WeChat. Il personale è andato davvero sopra e oltre per rendere la mia esperienza comoda. Il cibo nel ristorante era molto buono. Ho ordinato il mio pasto un giorno prima, e il personale mi ha mandato un messaggio quando mi sono preparato il cibo, mi è piaciuto la piscina piena di acqua fredda, ho fatto qualche passeggiata in giardino, e mi è piaciuto davvero il panorama montano. Purtroppo il tubo non funzionava nella mia stanza e c'era molta molta molla nel doccia, ma credo che sia inevitabile in questo clima umido.Alla fine del mio soggiorno il personale era in cerca di aiutarmi a organizzare un pilota per il tempio di Xeudou e Zhongcun Scenic area. Con una notevole quantità di scale (193 nella mia stanza) per arrivare alle cabine, quindi chiunque abbia problemi di mobilità dovrà essere sicuro di prenotare una stanza che possa raggiungere. Ancora, **** per il personale. - Bene.

EErnst NZThis is an interesting place as it’s old, contemporary style of an area past, dim lights everywhere, traditional wooden panels alongside huge heigh ceilings. It brings back a time of glamour, reminded me of the Titanic in its former glory. Yet the rooms are crammed, I hit my foot twice on the floor bed corner. The staff are friendly and helpful, english is spoken at reception. Would i stay here again? Probably not, as the darkness of the room, ( windows do open slightly) felt depressing. However great location, cross the river and you are in the mids of the city. Ernst , New Zealand
